Brilliant website

Brilliant website, quick delivery, great quality of products. You can't really ask for more. I'm a returning customer and I will keep coming back to Banana fingers! Thanks for being so fantastic!

Fabulous

Despite the fact I returned 2 harnesses because I was disappointed with the fit, Banana Fingers kept going and my third choice was perfect.

The tracked postal service is also very handy; it tells you when the parcel is being delivered and I like the fact I can leave the parcel in a safe place.

You pay for returns, but the delivery is free over a certain amount.

The responses to inquiries were prompt either by email or a phone call to my office.

I would thoroughly recommend Banana Fingers to other climbers.

Great customer service

Bought some climbing shoes... wrong size and returned for size up. I subsequently decided that I would prefer a refund. No hassle at all. Quick response and refund processed. Will shop again.

Amazing store

Great shopping site for climbers

They sell great brands and the selection of gear and clothes is quite nice, very good shopping site for climbers and the delivery is always on time. I really like it!

Great product - shame about BananaFingers packaging & complaint resolution

Great products good price & arrived on time. Unfortunately BananaFingers damaged one of the items purposely before sending (they wrapped it in sticky tape that left an unacceptable sticky residue all over product once the tape was removed). 4 working days later & I am still waiting for BananaFingers to even reply to my complaint!
