Excellent customer service. A bug in the website led to me thinking that there was a problem with one of my items being preordered rather than ordered.
Contacted customer service and received a very quick, helpful and friendly reply (thanks Kitty!) and the problem was resolved. Was also assured that the bug is being fixed.

Packages arrive quick and well packaged.

Client service is fast to answer, helpfull and feels custom/premium.

I purchased a pair of climbing shoes in the November 27th and still didn’t receive it! For the second time DHL returned the parcel to BananaFingers because a document was missing. I contacted DHL to check and they informed me that the invoice was missing. I sent multiples emails asking about my order, and they are quite fast to respond, but the answers are not always satisfactory, not explaining why this is happening. The most common reply is that the warehouse didn’t process the return, so I should wait until they can ship it again. I tried changing the size so they could ship a new one from the stock but it got returned as well. A friend of mine ordered some shoes a week after me and already received it! It has been two weeks and I still don’t know when I’m gonna get my purchase and I don’t know what to do! Please help me!

After some emails, the parcel was shipped and it got to my address in less than a week. Thank you!

Really good customer service. I had a hard time deciding on the shoe size and the staff working at BF are always very fast and helpful with replying my many questions. Thanks a lot for their patience.

Watch out: Prices say including VAT and it follows through the website but then at the last moment you will notice they add the 20% on.

I bought a bouldering mat a few weeks ago. It took 28 hours from when I paid to get it in my house! Just in time for bouldering in the evening :D. I've just done another order for some climbing trousers and carabiners.

I'm based in the UK and its great to support local. They've got an amazing selection of stock but I would really like to see some DMM slings.

I ordered the item on Sunday, got it on Tuesday. From UK to Bosnia. On free basic shipping. The fastest shipping from abroad I've gotten in my life. Also, everything was so well packaged and protected that there was no chance anything could get damaged in the transport. They were also very fast to reply to inquiries.
And also hat down to DHL and their amazing service delivering everything.

I recently ordered a pair of the Scarpa Vapour V climbing shoes which arrived damaged. I had ordered the shoes along with some liquid chalk, that sadly exploded in the box with the shoes.

I immediately got in touch with Banana Fingers, stating what had happened with attached photos. They got back to me the next day, issued a full refund and told me I could keep the shoes!

I'm honestly blown away by their customer service and generosity. It may not have been a pleasant experience to receive the shoes in that condition but they went beyond what they had to and I'm very impressed.

I shall be ordering from them again very soon. The world needs more business' that run of customer satisfaction and not the bottom line. Thank you again Banana Fingers!

I made a purchase on Jun 21, 2020, today is Jul 27 and I still don't have my purchase, after contacting banana fingers they tell me that I can only get the money back when I receive the order and return it lol ( I will never receive it because they must have been mistaken at the address) very bad service.

I was a bit reluctant to order from this store after reading a few of the bad reviews here, but this store is amazing!

I first contacted their customer service to ask some questions concerning customs since I live in Norway and they replied withing 24 h, which I think is an acceptable time frame. I then made my order Monday evening, got an order confirmation at once (even though it ended up in the spam inbox), it was dispatched on Tuesday and I got my tracking number, and guess what? It's lunch time and Thursday and all the goodies have arrived! I'm impressed!

And, even though I have to pay VAT and customs fees, the prices are almost half of what I have to pay here in Norway for the same gear. I am a very happy customer! <3

I ordered my brand new climbing shoes and I received them after 1 week, without any problems!

The entire process was smooth!

I just got my new pair of scarpas. It took em a month to arrive but I guess that's due to the coronavirus situation. However, I can understand why some people blame the customer support. It took them some days to send me a tracking number and I got no order confirmation mail. The confirmation mail came after I received my tracking number. That's kind of unorthodox but in the end everything went fine.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They basically steal your money. Ive been waiting 3 weeks for a product that says it will ship soon, reached out 4 times to customer service and nothing. Definitely going to cancel the payment.

Extremely bad customer service! I placed and paid for my order on 21/02 and now is 28/02 but I don't have even tracking number for my parcel. I tried to contact their customer service by mail but have got no response.

Bought a Black Diamond Solution harness and it arrived in about 2 weeks.

After the second session with it, I realized that the leg loops had a weird warp thing going on with it (really hard to explain it).

So I emailed bananafingers about it and they said that they'd exchange it for a new one and all I had to do was to send it back to them first. That's what I did.

We followed all the instructions that they gave and after a month and a half, they said that they still hadn't received the parcel even though the tracking system stated that it had already been delivered.

I continued to communicate with bananafingers about this issue and eventually they stopped replying my emails altogether! It's been 2 weeks, 3 emails, 4 missed calls and a facebook message since they last replied!

Would really appreciate if bananafingers could actually help and sort out this issue as we have done everything on our part and followed the given instructions to get the exchange done. Some effort on their side would be greatly valued cus right now I have around 56 usd of hard earned money that's missing due to their disconcern.

Update - as of Feb 28 2020, bananafingers have sent out the harness, albeit after a very long time. It's good that they don't completely forget about their customers although it's takes exceptionally long for them to reply

First experience with Bananafingers : Have placed an order of £ 277 on 12/1-2020, money raised. Have written to customer service three times, received only feedback on the first inquiry that "the goods will be sent next week" ... it is now three weeks ago and no customer service feedback ... this is NOT good !

Awesome climbing shop. Great variety of products at good prices. My packages always arrive the next day, which is incredible.
