Pete Walker and Claire Dartnell are invaluable to anyone looking for a mortgage and the level of personalised expert service they have provided us has been by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a mortgage broker. Pete was highly recommended as a mortgage broker by a friend and it was the best decision we made. Pete and Claire were both fantastic and went above and beyond for us on so many occasions. Pete has an huge amount of experience which was priceless to us as we had a complex leasehold sale as well as the onwards purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and he even sought advice about our sale from his trusted contacts (solicitors and other brokers) to help us with our sale. He made the mortgage application completely stress free and was incredibly knowledgable and realistic about it and we couldn’t be more grateful. Myself and my partner had such an amazing experience when we were searching for a mortgage/house. Our mortgage advisor Gemma was amazing! She was so knowledgable and helped us from beginning to end, I literally can’t thank her enough for all her help and support and knowledge, she made the process a lot less stressful. Even when we were nearly ready to complete Gemma was still searching for the best rates and even managed to get our interest rate lower.
After we completed we then was recommended Glenn to speak to us about life insurance, once again he was so helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us for the best deal for our life insurance and contents insurance for our property.

Had a very unprofessional dealing with their hornchurch branch. I felt like they were lying and pushing up the price of a house. Really ignorant and rude staff.

As first time buyers, we had little understanding on how to go about applying for a mortgage. Peter was very helpful in advising on the mortgage application and throughout the whole process. If you are looking to rent a house and the landlord has placed the house with them, it is better to look for another real estate agency because that is what I do. They have nice houses but unfortunately they don't respond to any emails or phone calls I make. I don't know how they rent it but it's not normal.
