Big thank you to Ross, Claire, Amber, Sean and the team at Balgores, Wickford, and to Sarah in sales progression. You were all so helpful and patient with a ‘slightly’ more challenging than normal sale on my house and on the sale of my Mum’s house. There were times when I thought it was all going to fall through but thanks to your perseverance, experience and professionalism you progressed us to two successful sales in what can best be described as ‘newly changing times’ in the market. In addition to the sales of both houses, you managed to find us our forever home, this wasn’t without its challenges either but with an amazing amount of patience and cooperation from you all, you got this one over the line too! The views from the garden are talked about and admired by everyone who visits and works there, we can’t wait to be in and settled so we too can appreciate them every day. I don’t suppose you’ll have to help accommodate a couple of hundred budgies again any time soon either, so that must’ve made it a unique one and quite surreal at times! Thank you all so much.

As a fist time buyer, purchase your first house is not always the easiest. Although I want to say thank you to Claire, Donna and Peter (mortgage advisor that I would absolutely recommend) for their kindness and their help in this successful project. They always been available for anything we need, it was really good service. Probably we wouldn’t have got our first house in just 4 months without them!!

Worse estate ever dealt with just kept fobbing you off and not keeping you up to date so glad mum found another property with another agent who were very professional
