Extremely unprofessional, like others have similarly experienced, they do not respond to email enquiries nor telephone calls. Rather u helpful and abrupt when you contact on their social media and only reply on there as it’s a public platform. I will never recommend this business and I will make sure others know how they act towards potential tenants, maybe they discriminate against a certain group, who knows. But sadly, a very negative experience and for that I will never recommend this company. They also then remove any comments with negative experiences shared on their social media.

Amazing that's been my experience with Allannah at Balgores Chelmsford. Tireless efforts on my behalf to make the process as smooth as possible. Always available & consistently positive. You couldn't wish for a better estate agent, well worth the money she exceeded expectations.

Balgores in Romford dealing with Glenn Hardie and Claire Dartnell is amazing. I could not thank Glenn and Claire enough for their professional and calm approach towards the mortgage from start to Finish. The fact find to mortgage offer. When I couldn’t get the documents in a timely manner for one provider Glenn was very helpful by applying with another lender. It turned out to change my fortunes as i was given an offer by them within a week and am now in a strong position to complete on a house which I must complete on by 22nd March 2024 due to auction deadline.

Appalling lack of interest and service.
Do not have any idea how to manage property, on either the landlord or tenant side, or how to provide a professional service.
Do not read emails, or communicate effectively within their team, or with their client and make no effort whatsoever.
Extremely disappointing.

Ben has been very active since he has taken responsibility for our letting account. He has kept us well informed and has worked hard to find us the best prices for any repairs required to our property.

Received terms of business 1 week before the tenant moved in, massive fee but because tenant moving in I had no choice but to agree the fee, had I known the fee to start with I would have shopped around, this is not how you do business!!!

I would like to give the highest possible praise to the overall rental service from Balgores Properties and in particular to Dan Lawrence. Dan deals promptly with issues that arise. He makes sure the tenants are listened to and problems sorted in a timely way. Dan always keeps me informed as to what is going on and presents me with solutions, not problems. Dan is a great communicator, fabulous to work with and highly recommended.

This is the third time I have used Peter and Claire at balgores. Yet again they have both been fantastic. We have been updated all the way through, even when there has been issues, Peter has always managed to sort them for us. Great service and will 100% use these guys again

Being the FTB, we were not clear with the home buying process, mortgage, home insurance but had preconceived notions. And then we met Balgores property team- Chris & Chloe and mortgage team Pete, Donna and Claire. As soon as we said yes to the house, they arranged everything for us and the whole process was closed in 2 months time; extremely efficient team. We asked for it and they arranged it for us like a genie.

A special word of appreciation should definitely go to Pete; our mortgage advisor who answered our million queries and propositions and paid attention to even silliest ones. Highly proactive to reply emails and phone calls. Thank you so much Pete for your perseverance and the support extended.

Both Sean and Melissa have been amazing throughout the whole mortgage process. Due to uncertain times we were worried about gaining a new mortgage with a main stream lender but Sean come up trumps and smashed it out the park . Melissa has been great in updating us with the mortgage process after Sean had finalised the agreement and coudnt ask for a better team .highly recommended to all who are searching for either a new home or a move .
