Thanks to staff @ Sutton branch . Great people especially the manager. Visited them few times , always had honest advice and great service.

They are fixing all your problems very quick. They very polite with the customers.

Great products, service and professionalism

At the weekend I unfortunately hit a pothole, a week before a race so I panic bought a wheelset from Hunt (not purchased through Balfe's) which arrived wobbling and not true. I rang round numerous bike workshops in and around the Sutton area all of which couldn't fit me in until I spoke to Danny at Balfe's Sutton. Despite being fully booked up and being the only mechanic in store that day he said he would try and squeeze me in. Only a few hours later I had a phone call from Danny letting me know he had taken a look at them, so Quick! Unfortunately it wasn't good news for me. Danny trued the front wheel however diagnosed a manufacturing fault with the rear. I popped back and Danny showed me exactly what he found which meant I could contact Hunt with accurate information to get an immediate exchange. All sorted before Raceday! Danny was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Thank you very much. I will be a returning customer for sure!

Ultra helpful - manager altered a spare part to get a frog bike ready for the next generation!

Left my e-mtb to fix a derailleur, after a crash. They were available immediately to have a look at the bike and fix (which is great), but the wait for a new part was 2 weeks. I was able to send them a part from a different shop in 2 days. Once the part arrived they fixed my bike the next day, including a service. When I picked up my bike, the gears weren't properly aligned. I came back to the shop and the technician was very helpful in trying to solve my problem immediately. However, after 30-60 mins of trying, he couldn't get the gears properly aligned, which is understandable. I just wished they paid more attention to aligning the gears in the first place.

Dave and Kieron are amazing and really knowledgable. I called yesterday to see if they had the bikes in a particular size. The had already had them setup with pedals when I arrived. They guided me through the range and setup a test ride and once I had decided on a model they built a brand new bike the same day so I could ride over the weekend. So happy with my new bike. Thank you so much!

Complete service to my 15 year old Brompton bike (tires, inner tubes. Sprockets etc ) has made my bike feel new. Friendly and efficient.

It was a very pleasant experience, although I think I forgot to ask if the bike I bought can be converted to electric; I'll have to go to the store.

Steve was good .All process were completed when reached there for collection.He allowed a drive to get familarise with a bike.

I bought an Escape Bike and the team were very helpful. Especially Chris and Dave. I ended up switching the bike and to a Specialized Sirrus. They dealt with the exchange and got the other raise ready in no time. Great team. Thanks for the help!
