Order not fulfilled and got no updates til I requested them to check order. Very poor service. Will not use again. I needed the supplies for a kids camp and had to rebuy elsewhere. Only told me when I emailed that order had been sent back. Terrible

I ordered Duck Whistles (Pack of 36)
I ordered Duck Whistles (Pack of 36), at €27.09 including postage. I very intentionally ordered from Baker Ross Ireland, paid in €, delivered to Ireland. I've now received a €15.59 customs charge on my order as they were delivered from UK. This equates to a 58% price increase which had I known I would not have paid/ordered. After all, its a bag of small plastic whistles - now costing €42.68. I'm very displeased. The email confirming the order from bakerross.ie claimed to keep me informed - but there was no information about the fact that they would process the order from the UK and I'd be stung for customs charges. I'd appreciate Bakerross paying the customs/admin charge, and in future including it in the sales price.
