I placed an urgent order for 500 lanyards for our clients. It was virtually impossible to get the order by 3rd Sept. To my surprise, Ben knocked on our door on 28th August with our order.

Good product, poor service
Product was actually good . But General customer service provided was not , very long lead time ( clearly not uk made, I may have well of sourced my self directly from China for less money) and incredibly poor communication from the sales guy

For clarity, we received notification that payment had been received on 24th July and the goods were delivered on 13th August, which we believe is a reasonable timeframe and within the 4–5 week lead time initially stated at quotation stage.
That said, we take your comments on communication seriously and will review this internally to ensure we provide clearer updates going forward.
