Good product, poor service

Product was actually good . But General customer service provided was not , very long lead time ( clearly not uk made, I may have well of sourced my self directly from China for less money) and incredibly poor communication from the sales guy

Thank you for your review and for your positive feedback on the product itself. We're sorry to hear you felt the service did not meet expectations. For clarity, we received notification that payment had been received on 24th July and the goods were delivered on 13th August, which we believe is a reasonable timeframe and within the 4–5 week lead time initially stated at quotation stage.

That said, we take your comments on communication seriously and will review this internally to ensure we provide clearer updates going forward.

First Time and VERY HAPPY!

After a few discussions and versions of my design, I took the plunge and let them get made without see a prototype. I was concerned with this being my first order. BUT they turned out terrific. They arrived when promised. Love the safety catch pin back and find the quality superb! Will use again!!!!!
