Medusa Cycles
These guys always do a great job. I make custom bicycle frames and braze my logo onto the frame in the form of a small brass coin. The quality of the stamped coins made by Badges Plus is always spot-on, and for a reasonable price. They made a die of my design, meaning that whenever I need a new batch of coins made, the die is ready to go.

Laziness
Made an initial basic simple enquiry over the phone, promised an email as a quote was not possible without sight of artworks only to receive no follow up, no email and no phone call. Did chase at 3pm only to be told unlikely I will receive anything as sales close at 3:30pm. Potential new client who will not be bothering again with a company not hungry for work.

Poor Customer Service
communication was good but when product turned up was not the size of the Badge we sent as a sample, no use to us at all, and when contacted was told no discussion was made regards size and they assumed it was a different size and would not consider refund also asked for quote based on correct size and had no reply

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the badges did not meet your expectations.
To clarify, the quotation, artwork proof, and invoice all clearly stated the badge size at 70mm. This size was approved prior to production, and no alternative size was requested or queried at any stage. After the order was received, you mentioned that you had been focusing on the design rather than the size, and acknowledged that this was an oversight on your part.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to remake the badges at a reduced price, even though the original order was produced exactly as approved. We always aim to provide clear communication and fair resolutions, and we’re sorry we couldn’t reach an outcome that met your satisfaction on this occasion.

Prompt reply and eager to help design badges sending me mock ups to consider. Willing to change the colour scheme if required.
Would be great if delivery was a bit quicker, but I appreciate this delay is due to the high demand for their product.
