I bought my wife a Babyliss Air Power Volume 2-in-1 hair dryer and styler last year for a Christmas present. It recently developed a fault and I got in touch with Babyliss by email. 3 days later we have a replacement. That's great customer service. That's as good as anyone can expect.

Hair trimmer stopped working
Our Hair trimmer stopped working after about 1 year. I have called customer service of Babyliss, they were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t have my receipt anymore, they requested some few more details about the product and a picture via email.
After a couple of working days they replied and told me I will receive a new replacement product. Everything went straight forward and a good communication.

Problem resolved with ease!
Contacted BaByliss as I bought some straighteners from their amazon store and had used them once when recieved a month ago, I'm curly haired so never straighten a lot, went to use them again the other day for the second time and they lit up, but no heat what so ever. I contact babyliss with the issue, they asked for all the relevant information needed and told me a repair could not be done, so they would send a new replacement out and I received them today after speaking to them yesterday! Amazing customer service, cannot fault them one bit! Appreciate it greatly, 100% recommend this brand always!

Excellent Customer Service – Above and Beyond
I believe the true measure of a company is how they respond when things go wrong. I had a small issue with my BaByliss Gold Pro Skeleton Trimmer, and the customer service I received was absolutely perfect.
The team handled my enquiry quickly, clearly, and with genuine care.

Contacted Babyliss on the off chance I…
Contacted Babyliss on the off chance I could buy a replacement part for my clippers that had failed after long service. They replied really quickly and professionally but couldn't. Even though I advised the age of the clippers Inka persisted so I sent them the info they requested, without much hope. Unbelievably at the very very end of the guarantee period Babyliss have offered to replace the whole set! I am extremely pleased and dumbfounded all at once. It's just a pity they couldn't replace the one small part required, I'd have been happy with that and it's good for the planet too Babyliss! Well done Inka and Babyliss, a real standout experience!

Had to contact Babyliss when my Big Hair styler developed an issue. I knew it was "old" so wasn't expecting much, just some advice really. I couldn't answer all their questions because I was away from home but, instead of just cutting me off, they kept my enquiry open until I got back AND, because it couldn't be repaired or replaced, they offered me a fabulous discount on a new item! Customer Service at its best and how it should be! 10/10 for this excellent company!
