A Vintage Fit Arvostelua 

Honestly by far the most disappointing brand I’ve ever purchased from. £200 boots to arrive after 6 weeks falling apart, not cut to actually fit the black boot underneath and all the glue coming off the boots. They even said I could have £5 back for postage, £5? It’s cost me £7 to send them back and you sent me boots that are falling apart if anything you can give me my full refund for the posting back. Looking at there reviews below there customers mean nothing because of the clout from there influencers. I wonder if they sent their influencers tartan Seemed boots with the jeans fabric falling off , big chunks of glue everywhere and the jean fabric not even cut correctly. Disappointing is an understatement, these look like they took someone 15 mins to make yet I waited 6 weeks.

SUMMARY: They sent me STAINED jeans which I sent back, and then 3 months after chasing them for my order, they sent me jeans in the WRONG SIZE, COLOUR and WASH and REFUSED a refund.

Where do I start!!! (I ordered the classic jeans & the grey jeans). First of all they sent me STAINED classic jeans, which I was then made to feel as though I stained myself. After a long back-and-forth, I sent back the jeans for an exchange of un-stained jeans (which I should’ve received in the first place), as they were adamant that they could not honour me a refund, despite such an embarrassing mistake on their end for a first-time buyer.

3 months later, I still hadn’t received either of the 2 pair of jeans that I ordered. They said there was a ‘delay’ in the grey denim, which I had to push for a refund for. After extensively chasing on the classic jeans, I then received them 3 months later in the WRONG SIZE, and in a completely different COLOUR and WASH to the first pair of classic jeans that I initially received, and as is listed on their website and social media. I was then made to feel delusional by the customer service team when I flagged this, despite sending a side-by-side comparison photo of the two jeans which are evidently of different denim materials entirely.

It is clear that this company just care about their reputation with influencers and how they appear on social media, and don’t care to satisfy, redeem or value their customers who pay with their hard-earned money.

This has categorically been the most shocking, draining and unfair customer experience that I have ever had to endure. I honestly don’t know how they have gotten away with treating their customers like this, and I am still £110 down for an order from December 2022 which I have nothing to show for.

Finally a pair of jeans I can wear that fit like a glove! I absolutely love this brand and everything that I have received from them. They are the perfect fit and I’m so happy. Worth every penny.

I wanted to support this brand but their lack of action is why i cancelled my order. My pre-order item was taking over 9 weeks to ship (which was understandable as its stated on their site), but I found a cheaper pair on Amazon so I cancelled my order. After requesting a refund, it took over a week to receive an email confirmation (I had to send another email to receive a confirmation) and i STILL dont have my money back.

The best place to buy vintage Levi’s! I can never find jeans that fit my waist and hips, so was absolutely delighted to discover this website which alter them for you. They arrived much quicker than I had expected and I’ve received so many compliments that I’ve just ordered a second pair in white. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER JEANS FROM HERE! I thought a brand being endorsed by someone as high profile as Molly-Mae would have some sort of standard and professionalism in how they are as a brand and the quality of the products they provide. Not only did my jeans take 3x longer than the stated 7 working days, to the jeans arriving eventually today and being damaged! They have arrived with a rip from top of the zip to the bottom of the zip, which is outrageous. I understand they are VINTAGE jeans but vintage should not mean DAMAGED. I thought I’d treat myself to a nice pair of jeans, but I believe I’m not the only one with this issue as Molly-Mae has now deleted the original post. I don’t know what to do as they make it very clear they won’t except refunds or returns and i’m left with shreds of denim for the grand total of £155
