Did an on-line quote with Compare The Market and had to phone the branch to check something out. I was then told that the quote didn't include items on the quote. They then re-quoted me with a much higher premium.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
They also seem to trade under 2 further companies - Ladybird Insurance & Right Choice Insurance (Use the same contact phone number) and say the same things with a slight premium price

absolutley shocking experience
first they tried to get me to buy some kind of crash recovery service, rather than concentrate on recovery
then the recovery that was assigned didn't turn up after a two hour wait
then the person that I got through to said they would "sort it out" after not getting a call back, I called again to be told that that guy hadn't booked a recovery and had finished his shift, without calling me back
the next person then tried to tell me that it couln't get sorted until the next morning!
my car was in the chverons within 4 lanes of traffic and I was 45 mins from home
no sense of urgency, understanding, competency or ability to do their jobs
Had to literally beg them to get my recovery and would would the 4 hours more than they were then quoting at that time
finally got a recovery back home in the end
oh and they also kept threatening that it would have to go to their "compound"
avoid like the plague

They tried to cancel my policy at 11months in out of 12 ,they stated issue was with a failed payment 26 days ago and i had pay 2months + fee , once showed they took payment and talked to insurance collector who is close brothers they soon reinstated my insurance without an apology or any good will gesture. Will not be renewing next year or ever again, allready been offered quotes half the price cheaper. Joke company an apology would saved you a customer but the damage is done now.

just simply poor beyond belief, charged my deposit three times by incompetent staff and no considerate support, customer service is practically non existent its a company to avoid for insurance as they clearly don't have the expertise to give good service on any level. I will not be renewing for sure and will never use again.

I have a quote from a comparison site but when it takes me to the provider the price goes up? Off to a great start. Not the sort of thing to make someone want to take insurance out with this company

This insurance broker's staff are rude and talk about your private information amongst each other as entertainment.One of the employees accidentally emailed me by mistake and in that email made a mockery of my concern and thought it was humorous and shared this amongst colleagues.They have amended my policy and increased the price with out my authorisation or speaking with me.Dont fall for this scam.They initially give you a good quote then after taking your deposit bump up the price.Be ware this is not an insurance company rather a broker who is out to fleece hard working families out of there money.

Update to your reply ! I contacted customer service at the start when I tried to cancel and was told about the horrendous fees for that and to remove someone's name BEFORE my policy was even live - basically your CS team told me to suck it up buttercup, that is how it is, pay it or shut up !

OMG ! Was a nightmare from the start. I tried to cancel BEFORE the policy was due to start and they told me it would cost £60 to do so, even though by law there is a cooling off period and my policy had not gone live. Then when I tried to remove an additional driver as they would not accept policy without her driving licence no (which last company did) when I said, just take her off then. Oh no ! that would cost me over £40 .!!!!!
I tried to do a temporary insurance to add my brother for a week and when I called.
Oh we don't offer temporary insurance !
This is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to use.
Unfortunately I am stuck with them till July, I just hope no one runs into my car.
Not claimed insurance for many decades to fingers crossed as I suspect this shower of chancers will wriggle out of paying anything at all .
There is a good reason they only have 3.9 rating. To be honest I think that is being generous.
Maybe folks like me who wasn't going to bother with a review till this morning when they refused temp insurance, that was the last straw.
Their CS on the phone need lessons in manners too !
Roll on July is all I can say !

Beware of these thieves

They try to find every loop hole to charge you they bump up the premium and the offer a ridiculous cancellation fee
