Plattenspieler bestellt und per Vorkasse bezahlt, nach 14 Tagen noch keine Reaktion. Auf Nachfrage nach dem Stand der Dinge wird der Betrag kommentarlos zurück erstattet und die Bestellung storniert.

Das Unternehmen scheint sehr unseriös zu arbeiten. Keine Empfehlung.

I ordered a boom box from this company that never arrived. First they said it had been delayed, only to say a day later that it had in fact been delivered. I contacted them to say that my item had not arrived and they refused to give a me a refund without "proof" that it had not arrived. What am I supposed to use as proof? A picture of my bare doorstep? I did some research and found dozens of people with the same experience and tons more who had received their items broken or faulty. They're no better than scammers and do not care about their customers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

First of all this is not a UK company so dealing with customer service and shipping isn't great.
First unit arrived faulty. Took 1 month to get replacement unit as it had to be sent back to Germany and a new one shipped. 2nd CD player arrived and was also faulty. Customer service was no help. Just reading from a standard script. That one is on its way back with no replacement offered.
Terrible company selling cheap Chinese product.

Radio in home stereo stopped working after 3 months.
Can't find any way of getting attention, never mind a repair.

Il mio Ituna 320 Bt ha problemi con il collegamento spotify. Ho cercato centro tecnico per assistenza ma ho scoperto che non ne hanno e il numero verde è inesistente...quindi se vi si rompe il vostro apparecchio non è possibile avere la garanzia....

Ich hatte mir vor Jahren ein Mikrofon bei Auna gekauft, positiv ist, dass es noch geht. Da ich nichts mehr von Auna kaufen möchte, wollte ich mein Account im Oktober 2023 löschen lassen. Der Kundenservice hat nur eine Standard Antwort geschickt die schon komisch war. Monate später - nichts. Ich schreibe den Kundenservice wieder an, die gleiche Antwort, dass mein Anliegen weitergeleitet wird. Immer noch nichts passiert.
Was ich auffällig fand, in dem Zeitraum wo ich dem Kundendienst schrieb, erhielt ich eine Email bezüglich einer Bestellung die kommen soll, die ich aber bereits vor paar Jahren erhalten hatte.

Il prodotto di presenta bene, acquistato da Amazon, per un anno alcun problema, da poco ha iniziato a fare da solo il rebooth, nel passare da una funzione all'altra si spegne e si riaccende da solo. Alla seconda riaccensione tutto torna "normale" la ricezione FM è pessima. Ho chiesto chiarimenti e mi è stato risposto solamente che la garanzia è scaduta, punto

Item arrived without a 2 pin adapter or a returns label. Got a refund for the plug which i bought separately. However the item didn’t tune in & displayed in German so needed to return. They emailed return docs which i then had to-print out myself. Refused to send a copy by post as i dnt have access to a printer. Finally managed to return item as defective & said no need to return the adapter. Therefore no full refund. Which i only discovered later when i queried it. Now stuck with an adapter i have no use for.
Absolutely hopeless customer service & the goods aren’t up to much either. Be warned

Wir kauften vor einiger Zeit eine Auna Connect S Anlage.
Bei Lieferung funktionierte die Fernbedienung nicht, dann gab es ein deutliches Klack-Geräusch beim Abspielen von CDs.
Die dann zugesandte Ersatzanlage gab stets einen leisen, hohen Ton von sich - da haben wir die Anlage dann komplett zurückgegeben.
Der Service war allerdings sehr, sehr zäh und wenig hilfsbereit...wenn man denn überhaupt mal das Glück eines erfolgreichen Kontaktes hatte. Telefonsich ging es gar nicht, per Email wurde man Tage vertröstet, um dann die Meldung zu erhalten: "...hat sich Ihr Anliegen erledigt?..."
Alles nicht schön.

Auna Connect System S neu gekauft, stets pfleglich und ordnungsgemäß behandelt - nach nicht mal 2,5 Jahren Display komplett ausgefallen. Hersteller kontaktiert. Aussage: Garantie bereits abgelaufen, und keinerlei Kulanzregelung möglich!
Kunden werden hier im Regen stehen gelassen. Da hält selbst China-Schrott heutzutage dreimal länger! Danke, einmal und nie wieder!

Bought a subwoofer in Germany, it had a noise when in use, so i wrote an email to technical support, i lost my invoice and any evidence of purchase, so i sent serial number
Instantly an offer for a swap ! So i returned mine and received another perfect device within 2 days while living in NL !
Really more then excellent service, compliments to AUNA support as this is the kind of service you only can dream of.

Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen. Na zwei Jahren unfähig eine defekte Fernbedienung zu ersetzen. Natürlich waren sie billig aber gibt einem das dass Recht auch schlecht zu sein? Alter Spruch!!!!

Worst Customer service ever!!!
I purchased a recordplayer/cd unit from the Auna-multimedia.co.uk site, assuming that it was being delivered from UK. It is not, so dont expect a UK Plug!
The item arrived relatively quickly which was great except it was clearly damaged, so much so that i'm not sure if it had already been returned from somewhere else and they were trying to offload it before christmas in the hope that, as a present, you may decide to keep it!- This is were it all went wrong- In order to return it, you have to deal with an email service (or lack of it) in Germany. It took nearly 2 weeks and multiple requests to get a returns form. They do not organise a pick up, you are expected to take this heavy big parcel and queue up at the post office. I have done this and sent them proof of sending (receipt from post office) but still cant get an answer from them as to when I might receive a replacement. So, as it stands, Auna have my money, the damaged product is on its way back to them and yet I do not have a replacement or any clue as to when I might receive one. Ive checked on line, they are still stating that they have the product in stock and delivery takes 6 days - AUNA please get your act together, service the customers you have so that you may start to get some descent reviews. Unfortunately I didnt research reviews thoroughly enough and feel absolutely let down. I will update if Auna respond in a positive way

Vor Jahren habe ich ein Auna-Internetradio gekauft. Die Bedienungsanleitung finde ich nicht mehr. Kein Problem, es gibt ja einen Service bei Auna. Obgleich ich die Artikel-Nummer angegeben hatte, wurde die in einer ersten Antwort nochmals nachgefragt. Ich schickte ein Foto des Seriennummernaufklebers mit. Es kam keine Antwort mehr, auch nicht auf eine Erinnerung. So geht man eigentlich nicht mit Kunden um. Bei Auna vielleicht doch?

Gerät ist qualitativ nicht ausreichend. Rückgabe noch 3 WOCHEN möglich, laut AUNA.
Das Rücksendeetikett lässt sich aber nicht erstellen.
Nach X Anfragen per Mail keine einzige Antwort. Technischer Support sowieso Null. Die Dame am vermeintlichen Kundenservice Telefon spricht kaum deutsch. Tja... Nie wieder Klarstein, Auna, Electronic Star, Berlin Brands Group. China Import ohne Kenntniss der Produkte! 👎

I have rated this product cd internet &dab radio player on the basis I never give 5 stars and the bad experiences of some of my fellow reviewers that said on price point alone for multi functions 5 stars unbeatable value when compared to what I paid for my marantz mcr612 for set up and ease of use 4 stars sound quality good but not great on first observation but it is replacing30 year old Harmon Kardon CD-R which my ears are accustomed to overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would advise any interested person to buy this product even more so if still in good working order after 2 years I have owned this product for 1 day and have been impressed despite the 3 star rating
