I expressed my concern re the quality of polish finish of my second purchase and their customer services immediately dealt with it. I ordered two sets of the wonderful Hiro dining chairs (4 chairs in total) and my god they were even more beautiful in person than the pictures. The quality, beauty of the wood, personality, and charm of them is outstanding. Atkin & Thyme have such an interesting selection with some wonderful characterful items in amongst their selection.

The customer service team were amazing throughout, the site is so easy and nicely laid out, the delivery was a wonderful experience too being kept up to date throughout the process. The delivery cost of £39 for 4 dining chairs was really reasonable too.

After receiving the chairs I saw that they had gone to a 20% discount so contacted them to see if I could retroactively get the discount and they speedily got back to me saying they would do that and returned the difference straight away.

Such a good experience throughout, from a lovely site and selection, great and fast customer service, fast deliveries and superb communication throughout including the delivery process.

Ordered a double cocoon chair for the garden and didn’t realise I could claim 20% discount. Upon realising I contacted Atkin and Thyme to ask if they could still honour the discount even though I had already placed my order. They promptly refunded the amount into my account. Saving me so much money. I’m so pleased!

Beautiful burnished copper and marble tables and great customer service for a little issue.

We paid £500 for an armchair we really liked the design of, and decided to treat ourselves in our new home in 2021. We really don't use the chair much at all, just very occasionally. Last week my wife, who is very slight, sat on the chair as normal and one of the wooden legs snapped in two. Our toddler was on the floor nearby and could easily have been crushed under it. The products are not made to last and pose a potential hazard in the home, at least this was our experience. The customer service team were dismissive and unhelpful. I would avoid using this company at all costs.

Have several pieces now from Atkin & Thyme. High quality, different pieces that have always arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. In contrast to some other online furniture suppliers my experience with Atkin & Thyme has been 100% positive. Thank you!

Lovely products, I have ordered a table due before 7 may. Looking forward to receiving it. I was disappointed in the delivery charge which I felt was excessive. At this point apart from the actual ordering process which was straight forward I have not much experience

Great communication from ATKIN and Thyme. Chair arrived superbly packaged. I purchased due to the unique design. Beautiful design and quality. Absolutely love the look of it. It’s also very comfortable.

Beautiful cotton rug chairs, delivered swiftly and so very comfortable and attractive to look at. Only slight frustration is for such expensive furniture and delivery charge they don’t take the rubbish away, simply deliver to a room of choice. So that just gives you an extra job to do! But I’d still order the chairs again despite that because they are stunning!

Excellent after sales service, we had damaged a tabletop and luckily for us, they were able to source a spare top. Kept us informed about delivery the whole way through as well. We received the replacement very quickly. Great to find a business that still practices good old school customer service.

Atkin have a beautiful range of stylish products and their customer services is fantastic. I called has had an issue with a rug, they answered the phone immediately (no in a queue for ages) and they requested i send an email with phots which i did and they replied super quick. Tracy was lovely. Will certainly be buying more products from them infact have a set of drawers on the way!

Ordered a great drinks trolley which looks amazing! We've had a couple of quality issues, but the customer service I have received has been great, resolving the issue promptly by offering a refund or a replacement (which I went for).

Not only is the product incredibly poor quality, the customer service is too!
They almost try to gaslight you.
You need a refund from whoever delivered the customer service training ,5% should be sufficient!!!!
If there had been a hint of empathy I wouldn't have wasted the time to write the review. But in this day and age, people work hard for their money and should know that they're likely to be disappointed!

How I wish I had come on here before purchasing my monza marble coffee table.

It arrived and is in fact not marble at all it is falsely advertised as such and is in fact granite so nice and shiny!! Also where advertised on their website as a brass/black finish is in fact just solid black and looks naff because of it. Asked to return and told I have to pay £49 to get it collected.

To say I’m annoyed is an understatement.

Falsely advertised which is against the law and apparently we have to brunt the cost. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere if I were you because you probably won’t get what you’re expecting!
