Updating following their reply - instead of responding to this review you could try respond to the enquiry I’ve already made to customer services! I’ve been trying to contact you for weeks and left you ample time before leaving a negative review.
Avoid. I bought two lights, they’re bad quality and one of them was damaged on delivery. Tried to call them numerous times with no answer and no response to my email either.

We are running a little slower than we would like at the moment as we are catching up with quite a lot of queries after the Winter Sale, but I am sure we will be able to reach a resolution and get your lights sorted out or a refund.

Great customer service
Initially we had a bad start when all 6 of my chairs broke within weeks. However, Atkin and Thyme have fantastic customer service and have replaced all 6 chairs. I cannot fault the service.

Stylish furniture. We’re really pleased with the drinks cabinet we ordered. It looks great in our dining room. We were really impressed with the delivery service - we got options for delivery date, notifications to confirm and reminders, with on time delivery.

Beautiful quality chairs
Beautiful quality chairs. Solid and heavy but very comfortable. Lovely grained acacia wood. Excellent delivery service and very carefully packaged. Think we will be recycling the boxes for the next few weeks though, better to overpack than under though!

Fabulous sideboard and media unit
While googling for a sideboard for my recently decorated lounge I came across Atkin & Thyme and they had just what I was looking for. I also purchased the matching media unit and both pieces are fabulous. Communication was great and delivery prompt. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Very expensive given quality received
Very expensive given quality received - door to unit nowhere near hung straight. Also a large chip which is, thankfully, covered by the top or I would have returned. Given price paid also for delivery, I was disappointed that it was not assembled and packaging not taken away.

We can arrange for items to be assembled - in this case the legs and top would have needed to be attached to the base unit - but this does need to be requested at the time of ordering.

The most perfect chairs
The most perfect chairs, really great quality. The packaging was so sturdy that any chance of breakage was very slim. Delivery was as expected, slight wait for the product to be in stock but once it was available communication was great

Need to sort theyre return process out! A bit underwhelming probably wont use again
The ordering process was good and I liked the website very simple. I am rating this as fair however as I had 3 issues with the service/ experience. 1)Table arrived in packaging that was super impossible to get off! I had to cut my way into the box in the end which wouldnt have been a problem but the table wasnt right and needed returning so it was difficult to repack! 2) Very expensive to return things- initial delivery £39 and £49 to return it so a lot 3) But the most annoying was I had to chase my refund as it still hadnt been paid over 11 days later. I called and the team were very helpful in sorting it but they got the amount wrong so i had to again call up and explain they'd got the amount wrong. Just a bit underwhelming tbh probably wont use again.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that the table you ordered from us wasn’t suitable.
We do ask that customers pay to return their items if they have changed their mind about their purchase, and refunds are then issued once we have received the items back into our warehouse. Sorry that you found our return fee expensive – we have to use 2-man carriers to ensure that our furniture items get to our customers or back to our warehouse in one piece which does come at a price.
We can appreciate it must have been frustrating that the amount refunded was initially incorrect – apologies once again for this.

Product not fit for purpose.
Purchased a £1000 side table which has lived in a room which is unused. The marble top is now lifting away from the wood and all the doors and drawers get stuck and won’t close. The delivery company personally built it so no fault on our part. No reply to emails as of yet and judging by reviews below, I am concerned about customer service and whether I will receive a reply. I would consider buying from this company given the quality of materials. I almost purchased a similar unit from Dunelm but thought I would pay more for a better quality product. My next steps will be trading standards but I will give them more time to respond and reach a resolution.

Ordered a table and chairs
Ordered a table and chairs. The table had a solid marble top. Unfortunately the marble table top was pitted with indentations. I understand the product is natural and will contain imperfections, but they should have filled them and polished like the other areas that were once pitted and have been filled and polished. We were offered a discount although. Quality team need to be more on point

I am sorry that you were not happy with the marble pitting on your dining table. As you have noted, this is a natural product with natural imperfections. Some areas of pitting in our marble tops are filled and polished but some are left open depending on the size and location.
I can see that we offered to collect the table and refund your money but you have decided to keep the table.
