Shipping is extremely slow
Shipping is extremely slow, and can be very pricey. They carry some of the same products as Miles Kimball and others in their family of vendors, but prices can vary widely, with As We Change often being higher. I only shop there when items I'm interested in are on sale and/or there is a free shipping code.

I was able to review your purchase, and it appears you had selected our economy shipping rate which can take 4-8 business days for delivery. It is good to see the order arrived on the 6th business day, well within the time frame you selected. Shipping cost is based on merchandise total, and not weight. To save on this cost, we recommend joining our emailing list. Signing up gets you 15% off and free shipping on your next purchase.
While we do share a warehouse with the Miles Kimball Company, they are a separate company run by different people. Our prices can differ from theirs as they are a different company from our own.

Worst catalog company I have dealt with.
Ordered color swatches for their Envy wigs. The colors as shown on their website were so far off I would NEVER have ordered any of them! It cost me $31.00 for 4 swatches and I received a refund of $13.00. I think they should have even refunded the amount I pad for shipping as their colors weren't even close to accurate. Will never deal with this catalog again.

I apologize that you were not satisfied by the color swatch samples you had purchased. As stated in our return policy, only merchandise cost is refundable. Our records also show that you had used the UPS return label from our website. Instead of paying return shipping cost up front, UPS will deduct $7 from the refundable amount to cover the return shipping expense. I have forwarded your feedback regarding the colors, and we will use it to improve our listings.
