The pillow I bought for my friend who lost her dog was so perfect! 1st.. didnt expect it to be double sided, bonus. Also, the fabric was sturdy, washable, & the replaceable stuffing is also nice.. as I assume it will be tear soaked😢 Yet, that's what its there for, comfort. And my friend was so moved by it. Highly recommend

I already gave my opinion of the personalized pillows I ordered for my grandkids, but I’m happy to do it again… I was very excited to order the pillows because they were personalized. When I receive them, however, I was very disappointed. They were more of a burlap material and not at all like the plush picture they depicted. I would not order them again or recommend to anyone else.

The workmanship is just "Awesome"!! It brought a Sad but Happy Tear to both my Daughter and Me!! We will Cherish this Work of Art Forever!!

I ordered a personalized ornament, and the only good thing I have to say about this company is that they got all the details right.
Otherwise the ornament was a cheap piece of plastic worth no more that $2, it was shipped in a thin envelope which was then delivered in my driveway between parked cars 50feet from my front door.

This pillow is probably the best gift I have bought for a remembrance gift. The picture came out great and its on both sides versus one. I can wait to be able to give this gift. This was a surprise and find. I have already told lots of family amd friends. Will definitely use again when ita needed. Thank you

I gotta tell you-the smile on my face right now writing this review is BIG. From purchasing the personalized pillow, the nice emails you sent, fast delivery and most important-the smile on my Goddaughter's face when she received it. She absolutely loves it! The photo looks like African American, in place of Indian.
Other then that material ,texture of cloth, material of cloth is really good.

Personalized pillow covers are really cute. However, the names are so close to the bottom edge that no one sees them. I have to point the personalization out to folks. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

I haven’t receive the item yet, so this review is based on support.
The customer support is friendly. The problem is the response time. There is No Support Phone Line to reach them. They do not reply to emails over the weekend. This resulted in back and forth through email across different time zones which resulted in me spending extra money to have another item created.
My original review was 2 stars because of this. However, support reached out to me and is offering a refund, less some fees to help with the costs incurred. I think this is fare, and appreciate their support and working with me on this.
I haven’t seen the product to determine the quality, so I’ll update this review once I’ve received the product.
