Lost my package, it never got delivered no one bothered to call me to tell me they were having problems delivering my baggage. They could have at least emailed me or called me

Nice products. Easy to purchase items.

The personal item I ordered is not returnable for obvious reasons. However, the item doesn’t work, won’t even charge or turn on. The corresponding usb charger was ordered separately from the company that makes the item, and it still doesn’t work. Very frustrating to spend that much money and not have the ability to return. I realize this is a problem with the maker as opposed to as we change. As we change has been good to deal with.

I love As We Change!! They have a wonderful selection of items to choose from at a great price. I especially love their line of clothing. I have bought several items and they were beautifully made and fit perfect.

I recently purchased two eyelash growth products b3cause of the extremely love clearance price. I can’t rate it yet; I have used it only a few days. Normally, prices are very high. I buy only things on sale s/H are also, high, as they are in most sites. Some products caused my skin to itch badly and I had to discontinue use of that brand.

the packaging was not done well at all. the box was way to big. the products were shaking more than they should have been. whom ever packed these products was very inept at their job. it surprised me nothing was damaged. AND i am sure it cost more than was required! maybe someone should look into that process.

I always place my orders over the phone with a customer service specialist, every time they are very helpful, attentive and professional. Happy with products as well, I've been a customer for a long time.

I love getting great prices on products at As We Change.

I have used it twice, did not work and it made my blood pressure go sky high. Very expensive and I cannot use it.

I recently placed an order, received it with a notice that they were closing and the merchandise was not returnable. I packaged it up and returned the portion I couldn't use anyway and told them to just give it away to someone that could use it if they didn't return my money!!

Difficulty with website accepting pay pal. Tried several times over a couple days. Day after it went thru I got an email that the suit I ordered was on sale. Didn’t get the sale price though. Needed a two piece suit for a white water rafting trip. Not in love with the fit but no time to return it so will keep it.
