Tried this product because my hair was really getting thin. It really does work, my hair is growing where it it had been thinning out, especially along the temple area. My hair is thicker and fuller and I even have new growth. I highly recommend this product.

I have place two separate orders with As We Change. The first order was only two items and the process went smoothly. The second order I placed on 7/24/18 for seven items and even paid extra for three day delivery. Well, I received four out of the seven items in a timely manner. By 7/30/18, I had not received my other three items nor had I been notified of a delay. I called customer service and the gentleman told me that the one item was on back order but he had no idea why I did not receive the other two items. He told me he would reorder the other two items and I should be receiving them shortly. As of today, 8/14/18 I have not yet received those two items. I did receive a email on 8//2/18 telling me that the one item that I have yet to receive was on back order. I am extremely frustrated and even though their products are great, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. So I probably will not order from them again. Hopefully I will get the remaining three products soon otherwise I am going to just simply cancel the order and hopefully get a refund more quickly than I received my products.

Product ate great,getting back order items leavers a lot to be desired. Example orderd a pair of shoes got email say they back orderd the next day I call to change size was told they were in transit so they could not do it I would have to return them for different size, that is fine it's been almost 2 weeks they have not got to me yet.

You had this FABULOUS sale a week or so back ... when I clicked into your site from your e-mail ...too many pop-ups came at me! It was CRAZY! So I thought to just go straight into my server and bring up As We Change from there ... and it too WAY too many pop-ups trying to sell me items I do NOT want (not the reason I went to As We Change). The good thing the product that I WANTED to buy was on sale originally 29.99 .. was for only $11.00! BUT!! I could only order just TWO of them!?!? So I think you may not carry this product anymore ..Now that's okay ..cause I found them on Amazon! Woot Whoo! But you have got to get rid of those AWFUL pop-up adds they make your site cheap looking.
