Hi,
I ordered a telescope and a few accessories for a total of 1000€. I had to pay an extra 150€ for shipment. When you pay that much for a product, you expect a certain level of efficiency.
They said my order would be delivered 5 days max after the purchase. But more than two weeks after, I am not delivered yet.
And it's very hard to contact them. They do not respond to emails or with very few and useless information, same when you try to call them.
I'm very angry and disappointed at them.
I hope that, when I finally receive my order (if that day ever comes), at least my telescope would be great (because I have read online that some people received the wrong product or it was broken)
I do not recommend!

Poor
Before I ordered, my questions were answered within an hour.
Since taking my money, all my messages have been ignored. The goods supplied are faulty. I have sent numerous email messages to ask for advice, but again have been ignored. The fault is quite severe as the telescope main mirror is chipped and marked around the edges.
This looks like being a lengthy process for refund. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so at least may recover something.
Avoid!

I canceled my order because of unavailability of the item on stock (which I was informed by the store when I was placing the order.) Even though I cancelled my order after several days I had absolutely hassle free and instant refund. Exellent contact with the store personnel. For me it's an indication of the highest quality service and for sure will do shopping there in the future.

False information on stock and shipping
I ordered a SkyWatcher EQ5 mount that was available for shipping in 24hrs, and a TS Optics Photon 200/1000 that was labled as available for shipping in 3-5 days. After waiting for 6 days to get a shipping confirmation, was told that scope was not in stock and the shipping dates unknown. They offered to waive shipping charges if I were to simply wait.
Their website has false information on stock and they fulfill orders at their own wish.
