I bought an item but I changed my mind before it arrived, and Astroshop were very understanding and gave me several options to return it, and they made the whole process very easy.
Top class customer service.

I had only good experience. I have been purchasing on astroshop.eu for year and a half now and I have left them over 1500€ in that period. Everytime I purchased something it came in normal time. Whenever I sent an email to customer support, they responded normaly.

Have used them (Germany) a few times. Like a Redcat & ZWO EAF. Everything’s been perfect. Thank you.

I recently purchased a RedCat 51 from Portugal and it arrived sooner than expected.
I also contacted the customer services and they replied back in no time.
Everything went very well for me.

Having previously purchased several small accessories from astroshop without issue, I finally felt confident enough to place a bigger order (full-frame cooled cmos camera, filter wheel and filter sets). That is, of course, at that moment that I got a problem: my delivery was incomplete, missing some filters. I confess I did stress a bit given the trust rating they have here. It turns out I was wrong to worry as, two days after I complained, they apologized for the error and shipped the missing filters. It is only when problems occur that you know if an e-commerce site is reliable. So far, astroshop hasn't lost my confidence.

Worst customer service.
Customers need to organise everything for them..
Had to wait several days to get simple answer back and do not provide any follow up email or etc..

Very disappointed.
Will never purchase anything from this website again.

Terrible service, lack of communication, empathy, they do not solve the problem posed and are rude. Even if you try to explain them, they look the other way around. They do not make VAT refund for non-UE residents (others as Amazon or Astropolar does) on online purchases. If you have an alternative to buy, do not buy on this shop

Ordered the item on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. Munich to North Wales and I got email updates every step. Very impressed and the price was reasonable as well.

I ordered 2 different pallets from Astra Shop. One was a 2 piece basic box & a super box the other was a super sized pallet. These two contained unclaimed returned items from Amazon, Walmart, & Target, I paid $65.00+ on each pallet & never got neither one. They took my money!! It’s been almost 3 months now. They say these items were delivered. They were not. These people are doing business under astra shop & wonderful. Supposedly the company is located in Washington DC. They give a phone # but it is not a free call!! Scammers!!

I had excellent service when I bought my zwo camera ,now its faulty and I returned it they will not update me after two weeks looking at it ,is it getting repaired, replaced ,no answers in three days
Still no answers again after e mailng again ,does not take much to respond to a e mail and update on problem

I ordered a mount set, but was sent the wrong counterweight. Upon contacting astroshop and explaining the issue, multiple times they said the would send out the correct item the following week. This never happened and 2 weeks later I am being told it will be yet another month, just for a counterweight. Total projected time for delivery was 3week, now looking like 3 months will be lucky

Bad client service, wrong information on the website and by email. I will be waiting 1 month to have my products. But never anymore.
I was disrespected by email and ignored. Supposedly I have 2 different informations on the website about the 2% discount I should have - I paid in advance to the delivery. Never seen a site were availability yellow and red status of a product means the same thing. But again a found another information in the site opposing this first idea. Lack of transparency and good will. Delivery in 1 of March... almost 1 month. This isn’t a car, or something handmade. In this logic I should only pay the products on the day that will be delivered. Really bad... let’s see at least if the products arrive intact.

I ordered a Ioptron Skyguider.
It took a while before I got a shipping confirmation via e-mail. This got me worried at first. I contacted the shop via email and they replied (automated reply). When I replied on that e-mail I got another e-mail from the shop owner with more details. (Stock issues) and to my surprise 2 Weeks later I received the package with no further issues.

At first it all seemed ok, but then not really. An OTA that was given as available on the website was not actually so and I had to wait about three weeks for it to be shipped, after I sent them an email.

Later on I had to intervene personally to clear it, since Deutsche Post + DHL was not able to do anything in case of problems. All they were able to say was that I had to go personally to clear it. Thank you very much! Very useful indeed.

But far worse was when an iOptron CEM 60 mount that I had bought came in to me not working. New, but broken! And since I was unable to obtain the RS-232 cable to upgrade the firmware, as they advised me to do to (perhaps) solve the problem, they told me to send the mount back, which was very inconveninet for me. Then I contacted iOptron directly, and the assistance told me that instead it was absolutely not necessary to send the mount and that since it was under warranty they would have sent a new electronic card. A bit different!

Still later I sent an email for information about a product, they did not reply.

After that, I put some products in the cart and twice the next time the cart was empty. I told them and they didn't reply.

In short, a disastrous service, I can understand that there is a problem once, but several times not. The quality of a seller is seen precisely when there are problems, how they are managed. I will never buy other products again from astroshop. Definitely not recommended.

I ordered a telescope and a few accessories for a total of 1000€. I had to pay an extra 150€ for shipment. When you pay that much for a product, you expect a certain level of efficiency.
They said my order would be delivered 5 days max after the purchase. But more than two weeks after, I am not delivered yet.
And it's very hard to contact them. They do not respond to emails or with very few and useless information, same when you try to call them.
I'm very angry and disappointed at them.
I hope that, when I finally receive my order (if that day ever comes), at least my telescope would be great (because I have read online that some people received the wrong product or it was broken)
I do not recommend!

Before I ordered, my questions were answered within an hour.
Since taking my money, all my messages have been ignored. The goods supplied are faulty. I have sent numerous email messages to ask for advice, but again have been ignored. The fault is quite severe as the telescope main mirror is chipped and marked around the edges.
This looks like being a lengthy process for refund. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so at least may recover something.
Avoid!

I canceled my order because of unavailability of the item on stock (which I was informed by the store when I was placing the order.) Even though I cancelled my order after several days I had absolutely hassle free and instant refund. Exellent contact with the store personnel. For me it's an indication of the highest quality service and for sure will do shopping there in the future.
