Good collection of products and great price. Delivery takes longer time than expected but acceptable. A part is wrongly delivered by the brand, and the customer service is really helpful anf solved the issue quickly. Not sure is Claudia a real person but she does her job well.

Ho trovato un tavolino Traba Jens da Archiproducts. Il prezzo del tavolo e la spedizione erano molto migliori rispetto ad altre fonti, quindi l'ho ordinato.
Purtroppo, il tavolo era imballato male ed è arrivato rotto e inutilizzabile. DHL aveva chiaramente gestito male la scatola, che è arrivata fradicia e rotta da un lato!
Il personale del servizio clienti, in particolare Eleonora, è stato fantastico. Dopo aver inviato alcune foto e una descrizione, ha organizzato un rimborso completo!

Délais de livraison non respectés, ça commence mal !
Je viens de passer commande pour une table soit disant disponible sous 3 à 4 semaines. A peine 48 heures après, je reçois un premier mail m'informant que le contrat est considéré comme finalisé, et un second mail indiquant un retard de production sans préciser de délai :
Nous regrettons de vous informer qu'en raison d'un retard de production inattendu, la livraison de l'article xxxxxx prévue lors de votre commande été reportée à une date ultérieure.
Par curiosité, je m'aperçois sur mon compte client que les 3 semaines initialement prévues se sont transformées en 3 mois avec une livraison fin décembre 😅
@ Archiproducts On fait comment pour annuler et se faire rembourser !? Svp, vous prenez vraiment vos clients pour des imbéciles, ayez l'honnêteté d'indiquer les vrais délais dès le départ 👎👎👎

Great customer support
I’ve purchased from this company many many times over the past few years. I’d recommend this company to anyone who is looking for something special, as they’ve got plenty of selections not easily found elsewhere. I was especially impressed by the timely manner they resolved the issue of a defected item I recently received. I must say I was surprised to find some negatives reviews from others that I just read here! I only speak from my personal experiences and sincerely wish their issues have finally been resolved by now.

Don't buy from this 'company' it looks like a SCAM
I have ordered a ceramic shower tray and at the point of payment after entering all my card details a message flashed up saying that the transaction had not been completed and that I had re-submit my order. At the same time as this message I checked my bank account and Archiproducts had already taken the money. I sent an email to explain that I needed a receipt and order refererence as is normal procedure with legitimate companies/businesses. As I heard nothing back I tried to contact Archiproducts through their advertised telephone number and Live Chat (which does not seem to exist in any shape or form). Nobody answers the phone (line constantly busy). I am extremely concerned as this is now looking very much like an online SCAM.

Purtroppo per ora la mia recensione non può che essere questa.
4 prodotti ordinati: due luci e due scaldasalviette. Tutti e 4 i prodotti erano danneggiati. Le luci me ne sono accorto in tempo e mi hanno cambiato il prodotto; per gli scaldasalviette invece purtroppo me ne sono accorto solamente quando è venuto l'idraulico per montarle e ha notato queste ammaccature significative.
Non so se sia colpa loro, ma 4 su 4 è un dato allarmante.
Sono in attesa di ricevere altre luci, che controllerò prontamente, ma per ora mi sento di consigliare vivamente di stare alla larga da questo sito....
