Everything was well explained by Kyan and for long term dependability we decided to have the complete shower updated with the latest model. I was pleasantly surprised to know that this could be done within 10 days of ordering.

Have given a five star for the quality of the shower .a bit disappointed with the out come of the shower holder as one side has come away .paid alot of money .was told I would have to buy a new one .thought they might of sent a engineer out to look first , to see if it was a fault .

Looking to replace unit that had finally failed. Gave different options. Ordering was efficient and made aware of all requirements before fitting could take place.Theresa was polite and professional during the whole process

After only 2 months the shower began dripping after use. I rang to report this a week ago and was told I would receive a phone within 2 - 3 working days to arrange an appointment for an engineer to visit. A week later and I’ve not heard anything which- not impressed with this customer service.

Booking a service call from an engineer was very straightforward on the phone and Mason was very helpful.

All queries answered promptly and efficiently. No quibble re guarantee and parts arrived quickly.

Aqualisa were very busy on a Monday morning but arranged a call back which worked well.
Sophie arranged a date for an engineer visit which was unfortunately a wait of 2 weeks but she was kind enough to put us on the cancellation list.
She was very helpful throughout the call.

Wait time to be connected was longer than expected but once connected Amelia was very professional and quickly dealt with my issue

Made contact via chat our of hours, received an email asking for my address and copy of receipt the next day which I sent then nothing for days, tried chase up emails 2 or 3 times 5 &6 days later, nothing back. Called in the end, was on hold for over 30mins then finally spoke to a lady who apologised and said they could send a replacement shower head. 3 - 5 business days!!!! I asked considering the lack of response could it be sent on overnight to which she said she would see what she could do. I wasn't cross with her more the total crap that is their issue management system. The chat system does seem to work initially but no one picked up on the follow on messages. Being left on hold for so long was also incredibly frustrating.
I used to promote Aqualisa products and still think they are great but the customer service communication is a bunch of tosh.

My overall experience was second to none from detailing my problem to securing a solution. 10/10

Simple phone call and answered very promptly by Jenifer, explained to her about our shower hose and within moments she said that we were covered on the warranty and a replacement hose would be sent out and could take 3-5 days , to our astonishment it arrived next day

Terrible service. I valued your say the Aqua Q had come off the wall in the shower. They were convinced I needed a new one. So I paid £300. Took delivery. Then called back to say. I can’t get it on the wall/the bracket. I can’t seem to slide it on.
They said we can send someone out but it will be 10 business days. I I struggled to get a plumber out and then went away for 2 weeks. Came back. Still couldn’t get a plumber out. So I called back and they said it’s past the return period. But that they should send me out the black plastic on the wall to replace it. I said I managed to get the old one back on and they still sent me out the plastic bit. Wouldn’t accept a return. And quite frankly all they want to do is sell you another part
Rather than help fix the problem. What a waste of my time. Very disappointed and expensive

Very efficient warranty claim. Amelia the representative was very knowledgeable and dealt with my query quickly. Delivery of replacement part was very quick. Thank you Aqualisa thoroughly recommend.

Phoned up to book a repair only to be told my unit was still under warranty, very happy with that. Phone call the following day to arrange a service visit. Can’t fault the service

Had an issue with my shower. After dealing with Sophie and Molly they arranged a replacement part to be fitted.
Great communication regarding my allotted time and date.
The plumber Simon attended very promptly. He was extremely professional and was very respectful of our home wearing overshoes etc.
A great team effort to rectify the problem, brought to a great conclusion by Simon a fantastic ambassador for the company. Very pleased with the service.
