Wait time to be connected was longer than expected but once connected Amelia was very professional and quickly dealt with my issue

Professional advice and knowledgeable in regard to the query issue.

Made contact via chat our of hours, received an email asking for my address and copy of receipt the next day which I sent then nothing for days, tried chase up emails 2 or 3 times 5 &6 days later, nothing back. Called in the end, was on hold for over 30mins then finally spoke to a lady who apologised and said they could send a replacement shower head. 3 - 5 business days!!!! I asked considering the lack of response could it be sent on overnight to which she said she would see what she could do. I wasn't cross with her more the total crap that is their issue management system. The chat system does seem to work initially but no one picked up on the follow on messages. Being left on hold for so long was also incredibly frustrating.
I used to promote Aqualisa products and still think they are great but the customer service communication is a bunch of tosh.

My overall experience was second to none from detailing my problem to securing a solution. 10/10

Simple phone call and answered very promptly by Jenifer, explained to her about our shower hose and within moments she said that we were covered on the warranty and a replacement hose would be sent out and could take 3-5 days , to our astonishment it arrived next day

Terrible service. I valued your say the Aqua Q had come off the wall in the shower. They were convinced I needed a new one. So I paid £300. Took delivery. Then called back to say. I can’t get it on the wall/the bracket. I can’t seem to slide it on.
They said we can send someone out but it will be 10 business days. I I struggled to get a plumber out and then went away for 2 weeks. Came back. Still couldn’t get a plumber out. So I called back and they said it’s past the return period. But that they should send me out the black plastic on the wall to replace it. I said I managed to get the old one back on and they still sent me out the plastic bit. Wouldn’t accept a return. And quite frankly all they want to do is sell you another part
Rather than help fix the problem. What a waste of my time. Very disappointed and expensive

Very efficient warranty claim. Amelia the representative was very knowledgeable and dealt with my query quickly. Delivery of replacement part was very quick. Thank you Aqualisa thoroughly recommend.

Phoned up to book a repair only to be told my unit was still under warranty, very happy with that. Phone call the following day to arrange a service visit. Can’t fault the service

Had an issue with my shower. After dealing with Sophie and Molly they arranged a replacement part to be fitted.
Great communication regarding my allotted time and date.
The plumber Simon attended very promptly. He was extremely professional and was very respectful of our home wearing overshoes etc.
A great team effort to rectify the problem, brought to a great conclusion by Simon a fantastic ambassador for the company. Very pleased with the service.

The new (replacement) Aqualisa shower we were sold for nearly £1200 has stopped working altogether now. Since it was installed according to the full instructions (by our own qualified and experienced plumber, due to the Aqualisa "engineer" refusing to move any pipework from the old unit to where the new unit would fit, only "a half hour job" according to him, but he still refused to do any pipework!) it gets an airlock every time the shower is turned on. A work-around has worked up to now, but now it has stopped working completely. No shower and £1200 poorer (plus the cost of our plumber to actually install it). Never, ever, trust Aqualisa again. We have had their showers in a number of houses since 1978, but will find another make to replace it if they can't get this one working (but they won't come out for another two weeks). 2 weeks without showers! In 2026!! Not exactly falling over themselves to provide decent customer service.

My experience has been terrible! You can’t get through to anyone or a timely response to emails. I’m still waiting on a reply from Thursday, it’s now Tuesday! I’ve spent hours trying to chase up a response and had no luck. I called last Tuesday morning and I’ve been waiting for a subcontractor to get in touch to book the job since, over a week already! I’ve heard absolutely nothing and chased this multiple times. The timeframe I was told is 2-3days to hear from the subcontractor and it’s exceeded this! I have no shower at home and the shower is within the warranty for 2 years so I can’t get it repaired elsewhere or it voids the warranty on an already expensive shower unit. I asked for your repair timeframe and I was told 10 working days. I don’t have a shower at home and with a herniated disk in my neck I’m finding it increasing difficult to wash my hair in the kitchen sink!
The customer service is awful, because you can’t get through and when you do, nobody can do anything to help!

Brilliant Customer service from a company who obviously care about their customers.

Might have to wait a few moments to get though on the phone, but definately worth the wait.

I requested a call back so I didn’t have to wait in a queue and was called back within 15 minutes.
Kyan was very efficient and organised a replacement shower unit to be fitted at a reasonable price.

The engineer turned up early, diagnosed the issues, and fixed the problem within the hour

Terrible experience, 21/7 paid £775 for fixed price repair stating engineer will have all spares on his van, engineer booked for 20/8 more than 7 to 10 days you quoted.

20/8 you called to say engineer is of sick may be another 10 days.

25/8 cancelled and asked for a refund.

6/10 rebooked and received a 5% discount for the inconvenience, had to chase for 3 days to confirm when an engineer is booked.

9/10 a sub contract engineer called to book appointment for 12/10

12/10 Sub con engineer arrived but couldn’t fix it because he needed a processor, an aqualisa engineer would have this on his van as stock.

Still waiting on confirmation when an engineer will be available, probably another 10 days or more.Confirmed that new date is 27/10 I complained again and I am happy to report they managed to arrange an engineer for 15/10, let’s hope it will be fixed!

Called up with a problem about the front panel on our shower, guy on the other end was very helpful, identified the product we had and said it would be on its way and the end of the day, delivery would be 3/4 days, turned up in the post next morning. Can’t beat service like that 👏👏👏
