Mason helped us, with his knowledge of the products resulting in us purchasing a new shower.

I contacted Aqualisa after we discovered the remote for our shower had stopped working. I spoke to Dino who was helpful, friendly and professional. I just needed to provide proof of purchase and my replacement remote arrived very quickly. Great service.

Amelia was lovely. Really friendly and genuinely trying to help and understanding about my issue. Was so refreshing to have a kind and helpful contact on the other end of the phone as customer service with other companies can be terrible. So thank you Amelia.

The customer service was excellent. Liam Maddock was very helpful in sorting out my questions relating to our Aqualisa showers and handled the calls very professionally and proficiently with a very personable nature resulting in a very satisfactory conclusion.

Amélia knew exactly what I was talking about and she checked all the account details carefully. She arranged an sand explained how I could get in touch if we needed to change it.

Thank you Shenai for actually helping with my queries, as of yet we still haven’t had a phone call to arrange for our shower tobe repaired. You were very helpful sorting out our problem for us,

The follow up from customer service was prompt as this problem was reported to the Aqualisa rep by my installers…Eve was very helpful and called me back as promised as I could not take the initial call due to being at work , all the information was gathered with care by Eve and an appointment has been secured for an Engineer…. Let’s hope the resolution is swift and professional aswell .

Same thing happened on two showers stopped working properly after 2 years. An expensive mistake getting the same shower again.
Makes an horrendous nose and now just drips so now unusable and after spending over £1000 in total will not buy again.

Great after sales support. Want to thank Aqualisa for the great support they provided this week. Had an issue with the shower-head. The company advised that as the unit was covered by warranty I just needed to send a copy of my invoice and they would send a replacement. Yes you pay a premium for Aqualisa but it’s well worth. Would never hesitate to highly recommend the company.

After waiting all morning for the visit within a 2-hour timeslot, a visit that never materialised, I then received an email to say that the service call had been rescheduled - in two weeks' time!!! Is this their idea of great customer service? Certainly isn't mine.

Amelia was very pleasant and helpful. But the reality is that no one has followed up despite Amelia assuring me that the engineer had a two day SLA to contact me. We spoke on Tuesday; I am completing this on Friday. Its pretty poor tbh. Aqualisa price at top end and I would expect better than this.

When are you going to service my shower?????

We had a problem with the shower head leaking, I tried replacing washer but no luck. Emailed customer service and Richard sent out a replacement head straight away. This has solved the problem, great customer service from Richard and Aqualisa showers.

I was on hold to the warranty team for 59 minutes !!!
My call started and I was told I may be waiting 28 minutes
. That increased the longer I was on hold, finally being answered at 50 minutes, which is not ok when we have to time out of work to make the call.
The call handler was fine but I was on waiting time that was the issue

Jenifer contacted me a second time on call back when the first call was silent. She sorted the appointment quickly.

Amelia was informative, precise and very knowledgeable about the product even though it was very old from 1990s . She was very helpful in explaining the options and best approach to solving my issue. Very much appreciated her help

Teresa provides excellent customer service. She is extremely helpful and makes sure she answers all customer questions. I’m extremely impressed with how easy everything has been up to now.

Liam listened carefully to my concerns. He was sensitive to my frustrations. When I said I was unhappy with the time delay of my appointment he went out of his way to investigate an earlier appointment. Which later on Charlie contacted me and organised. I am hoping my concerns regarding my recent insulation will be resolved and I will have a functioning shower.

Getting through on phone is terrible - waited half an hour on phone then did the call back option and waited over another hour.
This is third call out for similar issue - I haven’t got a lot of confidence issue will be sorted.

Lindzi was really helpful knowledgable and pleasure to for her help.
