Tom was informative and helpful ,,,

Jenifer the agent was pleasant and professional and helpful
but the terms of the guarantee are difficult to meet/comply with
example their operatives cannot work in the loft of a house unless the loft space is fully borded because they are not insured which would mean Aqualisa are unable to assist customers with a Guarantee claim if the operative had to gointo the loft space

Tom explained what parts we required for our problems.

My problem was dealt with very efficiently. The staff I spoke to were very helpful.

It was frustrating to have to wait an hour to get through and then discover that I had to wait 3 days to be given an appointment date and then a potential further 10-12 days for the date in the future this was up to 15 working days - 3 weeks

When voiced concern about this Lily did what she could but it’s still 2 weeks before an appointment which is wholly unreasonable in my opinion

I bet if I was buying something new I could get it quicker

They ask for my details but they have my name which is on the review and so with a little investigation it wouldn’t be that hard to identify me surely.

Positive response although expected 40 minutes wait would not have been acceptable if it wasn’t for the ring back

Having waited three weeks for an appointment, I have waited all morning for visit today, had a 2-hour timeslot, but a visit never materialised. Rang customer service, told I was in a queue that would take 114 minutes to get through. More time to waste. I registered for a ring back and have, so far, heard nothing! Dreadful service and so inconsiderate of their customer. Their service is abysmal. Excellent customer service and quality products, not from my experience? They certainly need to work very hard to get any more business from me.

Informative without being over bearing for a sale. We’ve had this product before and feel we can rely on this brand.

My call was answered quickly and the adviser (Mason) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I haven’t had the appointment for the installation confirmed as yet, so can’t comment on the installation at this stage.

The young lady that returned my call was very polite and courteous.

Mason was very clear, friendly, and offered good information and help with no pressure.

Although the shower has yet to be fitted my experience of dealing with the customer service and support team has been first class. Georgia, and before her, Teresa, have been quick to respond to my enquiries and extremely good at responding to my questions (as well as my IT incompetence). If the shower and fitting are as good I will go nowhere else in the future.

When I phoned to report the problem I was asked if I could be sent a new part to fit myself. This did not seem appropriate having spent £1000 on a new shower in April, only 6 months ago so an engineer was arranged. Alex who had attended when we had a fault in May came again and changed the motherboard for a second time due to a software glitch. Now, a week later, we have had exactly the same problem and are waiting to hear from Aqualisa.

Mason helped us, with his knowledge of the products resulting in us purchasing a new shower.

I contacted Aqualisa after we discovered the remote for our shower had stopped working. I spoke to Dino who was helpful, friendly and professional. I just needed to provide proof of purchase and my replacement remote arrived very quickly. Great service.

Amelia was lovely. Really friendly and genuinely trying to help and understanding about my issue. Was so refreshing to have a kind and helpful contact on the other end of the phone as customer service with other companies can be terrible. So thank you Amelia.

The customer service was excellent. Liam Maddock was very helpful in sorting out my questions relating to our Aqualisa showers and handled the calls very professionally and proficiently with a very personable nature resulting in a very satisfactory conclusion.
