I have been searching for Cabury Nuttier bars, it seems they have been discontinued for some inexplicable reason. I was so happy to see some in your stock. Keeping them in the fridge to ensure they last as long as possible. Excellent service and value. Thank you.

I ordered £60 worth of goods from Approved Food, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. The parcel arrived in an unacceptable condition: crushed beyond belief. Crisps were reduced to crumbs, protein bars bent out of shape, chocolates broken, and the tea bag box torn open with the contents spilling everywhere.

I contacted Approved Food, providing photos as evidence, and requested a refund for the damaged goods. Their response? A dismissive reference to their terms and conditions, claiming that goods can arrive damaged “due to the nature of their business.” This is an outrageous justification for what is clearly poor handling and service.

On further investigation, I discovered that Approved Food has two separate Trustpilot entries:

Approvedfood (approvedfood.co.uk)

These entries refer to the exact same company, and having them listed separately could mislead customers by skewing the overall review score. This lack of transparency further compounds my dissatisfaction with this company.

Such disregard for quality, customer satisfaction, and even honest representation on review platforms is entirely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

2 weeks to recieve. Hand wash all over the products when I recieved it, food squashed. To make things worse was randomly in home bargains today and found several products cheaper than I paid this company and still in date for 3-4 months. Tried you once won't be back as customer service a joke to.

The mystery box was awful - just cheap samples, not worth the money. Why would you have a refill if you don’t have the case, dreadful waste of money, out of date by 4 years or more, will never use approved foods again.

A great company to deal with ,excellent in many ways from ordering and delivery and anything in between. Would reccomend them to anyone who is looking for great bargains at a very reasonable price.

I wanted to place a new order on the site. And the first thing I noticed was that you couldn't change the price in €, only in dollars. I emailed why I don't see the prices in euros. You get a stupid excuse. We no longer support Europe, so ordering is no longer possible. I'm very ANGRY about it! Because when I was able to order I was extremely satisfied! Now I'm really bummed! Approve have to bring europe back!

For the people's who give 1 star because the food is date expired. Then you should have read the disclaimer and general terms and conditions. It simply states that this food is expired and is offered at a bargain price to prevent waste (throwing away)! So don't complain about the dates. It is clearly stated in their terms and conditions. If you didn't read it, that's your fault. Beyond that, food is offered that is responsible. They do not offer food that will make people sick. Regarding food, just 5 stars. I was very satisfied with it. So no crying about the expired. Then you should read the conditions and then complain.

Don’t waste your money - mouldy items and food out of date by five years. Judging by other complaints I don’t hold out much hope of getting a refund. I wish I had read reviews first. Made me feel scammed.

Some really good bargains to be had on this site with latest bargain deals regularly changing and lots of today only deals. The products were perfectly packed leaving no chance of lots of movement, and potential breakages, in transit. With glass jar items and biscuits, there wasn’t a broken glass or biscuit in sight. Lots of quality high street items at reduced prices. Recommend taking a good look if you like a bargain.

In recent months this company has had MUCH less stock than it used to. Whereas in the past there were countless real bargains to be had, in 2024 there is hardly any stock and a lot of it is sold at maybe 35p off. Hardly worth buying since postage is £3. This business had the right ideas in the beginning but now greed seems to have taken over. Few items on sale can now be called true bargains. Often products cost MORE than they do in, say, ASDA. RRP prices are always inflated, and this is instantly obvious. I used to buy very frequently but not any more. What a pity. I once loved shopping here.

Every order I've placed arrives in great condtion, packaged very well, never any missing items.
New website is so much better than the old one, products are easier to view.
One wish for would be a timeframe to amend an order, i.e. get an email in morning with great bargains, place an order, then get another email later but have to place a second order.
Also, some sort of loyality scheme would be good.
Overall would recommend using Approved Foods

Great value for money. A good way to try products without spending a fortune. I have had several orders now and never been disappointed.

Love approved foods !!! Always have some great offers…especially the mystery box. I check the website every few days to see the latest deals and always leave with a great discount on my groceries. Especially good for treats and high end toiletries and beauty products.

I used to order from Approved food on a weekly basis, usually getting 3 or 4 boxes delivered each week. This was years ago btw. I've been back to the site a few times recently and it really is nothing like it used to be so haven't placed any orders. Looks like profit has become more important than reducing waste; the range and price of goods isn't as good as it was. I used to find a few bargains that'd make it worthwhile to add other bits to get an order up to minimum value but now, nothing I see makes me think it's worth it.

Been using this company for about ten years.
Recently I’ve been ordering on a monthly basis. Find the postage very reasonable.

I was really disappointed to be honest. The quantities for sale are very misleading so I didn't get as much as I thought I was getting.
Probably won't use again!
