I've been buying from Approved foods for several years now and they never disappoint... but when there has been any problems, ie. damaged packaging or such, their customer services have been second to none. Some of the prices and offers are very good which keeps me returning from time to time.

I was really disappointed with my first order. The box wasn't packed properly and all items in the box were loose. Upon opening, the box smelt of vinegar, this was due to a damaged lid on some chutney.
I cleaned up most items but some items were also damaged/faulty:-
CHUTNEY - lid was dented & leaked inside the box.
SELF TAN GIFT - the box was squashed and stained with juice from the chutney.
MUSTARDSEEDS - two years out of date.
WUNDEREXTENSIONS Mascara - this was bone dry!
GINGER STEM BISCUITS - most biscuits were smashed & tasted awful.

Very pleased,great price.cheap enough to try things,you haven't tried before.fast service, kept updated on delivery.

Great offers, great prices, great selection of products that are usually packed well and delivered quickly.
On the couple of occasions when there was a problem the customer service was great 👍 what more can you ask from a company 👏👏👏

I have bought in the past but this will be the last time. I think I’ll stick to Discount Dragon who offer similar products at similar prices.
The packaging was severely split and damaged and in the case of the Retro Sweets all the hard chewy items were damp and sticky stuck to the paper and inedible.
I’m also not delighted that nothing happens for five or six days after order and then it is despatched I don’t understand why.
I’m not sure if I was just unlucky with this last order but all items had clearly been in a very damp environment and after I have disposed of those that are suspect will not have been a good deal.

There was an issue with one food item in my delivery. I sent a message and was satisfied with the promptness and courtesy of the reply. Customer service and responsive attention to comments/concerns is really important to me and Approved Food has demonstrated this.

***Approved food got back to me within 24 hours. Sorted issue and now I can shop here again. So happy as it’s such a great place to shop for extraordinary products and bargains. Thank you.***I use Dx as a show of how a company feels about their customers, If they use them once on me I never use the shop again. I’m afraid this is the case with approved food now. I have quite literally watched the tracking on my phone as delivery drivers have pulled over for a sandwich (yes in a town as small as mine we know exactly where the food truck is) and said they can’t find it. The second delivery attempt today they actually said they left a card must of been somewhere in a place called Griff Jenson as I watched them drive through and out to there. To be honest I don’t need this parcel that badly so I’m just going to get my money back on this one.

Easy to navigate the Approved food web app page. Really large choice of products and very prompt despatch

Website appallingly slow, 30 seconds to display a page. After 20 minutes finally managed to order, money was taken from my account but then approved foods said that there was a problem with the transaction! Honestly don't use. I'll have to try to get my money back tomorrow morning.

I go on every few months and treat my nephew and family to a box full and my son and partner. All good for struggling families. The variety is great, but l have noticed alot more expensive stuff than there used to be, but still bargains to be had. A great company with fast delivery.

I purchased a box of Ferrero Rocher , from approved foods, they were on special offer . Was very pleased until I opened them , they were so stale and the chocolate was white!
My family laughed when we discovered the sell by date was Nov 23? Is this actually legal to sell something a year out of date?

The order arrived well packaged and promptly. It contained a wonderful selection of goodies; treats that at the proper price we would probably not have purchased, or at least not in that number.
In these economically difficult times it is nice to have the opportunity to indulge, thankyou.
