Had used these for a few years but then stopped for some reason but now just put an order in again and was amazed how fast it came, much better than before.

Had a great few savings but the delivery times take so long unless your willing to pay a fair bit extra and they'll prioritise your order I believe all customers should be treated fairly. I do share all my boxes out with family members but each time I've ordered I've had to email them up to two weeks later to find out where my order is . I won't be ordering anymore unless their order system is changed for the better

First time ordering from this company after seeing them advertised on TV. I found the website very easy to navigate and use and all the dates and prices were very clear on the items for sale.
The item survived. Well packaged with plenty of packing to avoid damage, and quickly.
The actual items were always described an excellent value for money. I will be using this company again.

fantastic range and great prices and help for the environment with less food wasted, would be 5 stars but some items need checking for possible danger....
ie popcorn this time would have been dangerous to eat,
but generally a great experience.....

I have ordered from approved foods a few times and generally been satisfied. However my recent order came with an unexpected addition - maggots. I contacted the company with photos and a video and they offered me 10% off my next purchase! Given I have no intention of buying from them again, this is poor. It’s a shame because the idea of not wasting food is brilliant.

Good value food, slightly out of date very often, but still very useable.

Excellent items sent quickly

A few of my items were missing but its okay I got most of what I wanted.

Some of the stuff was excellent even though it was past best before date. However virtually everything that has any type of fat or oil connected to the manufacturing process tasted off and was inedible.
You need a taster to check your products.
In addition a lot of you SSPs are over valued and some of the stuff is still available fresh at the prices you are offering if you shop around.
