Yes, no real concerns. Everything well packaged and indeed shopping wisely will lead to savings. However, be mindful that you are familiar with item weights and quantities. Don't just go on the pictures when making your choices.

Ordered drinks from here, they were glass bottles I was quite worried, they were delivered all bubble wrapped and all of them were delivered with care. Arrived within 5 days of ordering, Tasted great, will 100% be ordering from this company again. So happy

Whilst the twice-daily emails do promote some amazing offers and bargains, I have some issues. I've placed three orders with them, and to summarise my experience with all three orders:
1) The orders arrived eventually, even after using their priority delivery service - the order is usually 6 days in the processing stage.
2) The packaging was damaged on all three occasions (don't order flour, as all the other products will come covered)
3) The delivery company have failed to deliver each time, resulting in me having to chase them up every time, which is also an impossible task in itself

I've not had issues with incorrect orders, however, delivery quality seems to be a sticking point and the primary reason why I will no longer be placing any more orders with them.

Very slow delivery. Ordered on the 6th May and according to the website it's still processing. Not good.

Ordered the Special K Protein Nuts and Seeds cereal, as it is almost impossible to get it anywhere. Although the cereal is past its best before date, I have tried it and can confirm that it tastes fresh and crunchy, so no issues there.

Excellent value but delivery took a little longer than expected. Customer service was good.

Zero customer service, was sent a box of damaged and spoiled goods. Have waited over a week for correspondence. Terrible company, discount dragon far better and have a customer service. I have also had several items missing on many occasions but never complain, i won’t be using again.

I have seen people complain about delivery times, and only rating 1 or 2 stars because of it, but if you go into their FAQs it clearly states delivery timescales. I placed my first order last week (late Tuesday pm) and it arrived on Wednesday. Not bad considering it was the Easter weekend! Quality of the products is great. I initially thought it may be short date products to get the savings, but everything I got is dated at least September, so I'm very happy.

Don't order from them unless you're happy waiting for your order for a week+

Cheap and efficient delivery. Real bargains to be had here although the goods do not always arrive in the best condition e.g. crisp packets found to be open when unpacked. However, generally happy with the goods and service.

Despite having to pay £2.99, it still takes them 4 days to ship the order. 5th working day now and I still haven't received it...
