A superb company with great products at a great price. A frequent customer due to how happy I am with everything.

Delivery of my order took about 2 weeks. In fact, I had even forgotten that I had placed an order until I received a dispatch email from the company. That aside, the items ordered were all present and correct, and the items that we have used, all were in great condition.

Online purchase went very smoothly, however it took about 1 week for the order to be processed. Items arrived well but 2 of the items were missing. There was no note indicating 2 items were not delivered, luckily I checked it against my order. Would highly advised to do the same. I was refunded accordingly.

I have not used the service for a few years, struggled with the poor website; but not anymore! It is a revolution for the shopping experience, time and effort has been spent on the user experience, images and product information. The user experience updates include the way you add, update and order. I will now be returning as a full time user and purchasing regularly.

One area that could do with a little improvement: once order is placed the status remains the same for a period of time, “processing order”; would be good to add additional statuses to keep client informed.

Apart from this minor issue, Approved Foods are doing a great job, great products and prices that are simply unbeatable, will continue to enjoy ☺️

Great value for money and service from the sales side - its just a shame they use a useless delivery company.
Received usual email advising of 'perfect delivery' at certain time etc - no sign of delivery, nothing on CCTV.
Raised query with courier who just said refer to Approved Food as nothing to do with them.
Turns out delivered to a neighbour on the next road!

All food was good except some biscuits that were out of date seven months before so understandable!! I ordered 55 items so that's good I thought!! Delivery was long about 7-8 days but that's fine I think I'm just so used to next day or close! Can't wait to order again and I've told all the family about it

Great products, and amazing prices. Always timely delivery and packaged well. I always look forward to the randomness of a lucky box, which is great value, and a bit like Christmas as you never know what you're going to get.

I've been shopping with Approved Food for many years, and am constantly delighted with them. Great products at astonishingly low prices! The one or two times I've had a problem, their response has been quick and more than satisfactory.

Approved Food is one of my favourite shopping sites on the internet, and I look forward to being with them for a long time to come.

I find this company takes a little while to deliver however the goods are always packaged very well in separate boxes within a bigger box so no squashed chocolate bars. I order mostly heavy things so I don't have to carry them. Delivery man was excellent, polite and offered to lift a very heavy box into my house.

Every order is great quality and superb value. I would also say that the packing is impeccable, in stark contrast to other sites of this type. Thank you for such great service!

Several products are over two years out of date. Many bottles had burst, contaminating most of the food with laundry detergent. Additionally, the courier service was appallingly bad, as if the package had been kicked down four flights of stairs.

Great discounts fast delivery

Great bargains to be had provided you are not squeamish on best before dates although a lot of the seasonal stuff and toiletries/cosmetics are well "in date". Incredibly well packaged too and quick delivery and only £3 delivery so excellent value.

What has made me want to leave a review is how they responded when something went wrong. To set the scene I'd ordered £50 worth of stuff on 15th May and it was due to be delivered 22nd May. Nothing turned up. No message that there had been issues. It was the bank hol weekend so I left it and messaged both Approved Food and the courier Monday night (knowing they'd see it Tues morning).

Now the courier came back by the end of Tuesday to say I needed to contact the sender. Not helpful considering I could track the parcel with them. Approved Food on the other hand replied by 11:30am Tuesday to say they were checking for me and by that afternoon confirmed that the package had been damaged in delivery (I'm thinking this is code for dropped and items smashed (although plenty items should not have been damaged...) or the box was stolen). Anyway Approved Food literally sent out a new box same day that I received the very next day.

The courier used by this company is appalling - failed to arrive during agreed window, then removed tracking. Left a damaged and soggy box (bottle had leaked) spoiling contents.

I've always been pleased with my orders from Approved Food. Such a huge range of products, and so many bargains, that I have to rein in, as I'd get too tempted.
Items are extremely well packed, food items well separated from household liquids etc. I also found a
few old favourites that I'd thought to be discontinued. So nice surprises too!

9 days to for parcel to leave depot, then the time in transite. Parcel was dumped under a bench, with tracking reading left in porch ,i dont have a porch, eventually found it and half of it was missing This company was good at one time now its a joke, selling food 3-4 years out of date in some instances. Has you will see the large amount of negative reviews non are replied to ???

Leaked personal password and all my info in data breach and no option to close account. You have the wrong address so leaves me unable to close. Not happy
