Great prices and quality if any of the order is missing or damaged they give you a credit for your next spend. I have ordered most of my food from here in the last couple of months it is that good a deal

This site was recommended to me when my son came across it online. Its easy to order with a good range of items. Not all foods delivered fell within the dates that were stated, but on the whole I was pleased with my purchases. Goods were well packaged.
The only problem is, that with items being so cheap it is easy to get carried away and I did, so I purchased 3 days in a row and ended up buying so many cakes etc that I didnt really want.

The items arrived covered in something sticky and further out of date than stated on the website. The unknown shortbread biscuits are Aldi Belmont shortbread.
Won't be ordering from them again

Good quality foods at a fraction of the cost, my only gripe is the fact that can purchase items which are shown in stock and which you pay for, then a couple of days later you get a message to say it’s out of stock, and that you’ll be given a credit towards future purchases, it would be far better if the money was returned rather than kept for future purchases

Only half my order delivered, they don't care about their loyal customers.
I've been using Approved food for over 10 years, there have been a few issue's in that time but it's mostly been 1 or 2 items missing when you tell them they just add credit for the next order.
That is until my order 8233051 that turned up today 25/07/25
The reason I made the order was mainly for the 24 pieces Ferrero Rocher mega deal for 1p, some treats for my dog and some Molson Beers, and Thorntons Shortcakes, the rest of the items I bought just to make up the minimum order, I spent a total of about £31
The delivery driver rang the bell then left, as soon as I opened the door and saw the box I knew something was wrong it was only half the size I expected, when I opened the box the 24 Ferrero were missing the 4 large bottles of Molson beer were missing, the 5 packs of Thorntons shortcakes were missing, the bag of Dog treats was missing and 3 packs of popped pork were missing.
I emailed customer services and got the usual 'This isn't the standard of service that we expect for our customers we have credit your account for your next order'
I told them this wasn't good enough and I wanted my items, the reply was they're out of stock, not entirely true as they still have the Molson and Thorntons in stock.
I was so annoyed I just said take the items you have delivered back for a full refund, I was then told i'd have to pay £10 if I wasn't in when the driver came to collect, they haven't responded since.

I have been buying on here for some time and I have been very happy with it and recommended it to friends and family; however it has been very disappointing lately. I have just received an order and the £1 mystery box, which is usually very good, was small with only a handful of items, some of which were inedible. The range is now limited as well.

Dissatisfied that all of my items were so long out of date. The crisps 7 months.? Food does start to deteriorate after that long. Biscuits was dec 2024?

Bargains galore and good delivery...but the things you get cheap cheap are unbelievable

I have not received my order. I am a returning customer but I have not received my latest Approved Food order. Please can I have a refund ASAP. I am disabled but working for a low income I need the order or my money back. Please

Some spillage encountered when opening my box. Advised company immediately and their response was outstanding. Wonderful to be in receipt of such great customer service by Beth. I love opportunities shopping in this way which offers the opportunity to try different items that I would not normally purchase. Highly recommended by me - try them - I am sure they will not disappoint

A great place to get some bargains.
I have used Approved Food many times and have been always pleasantly surprised on the products.

It is a very mix and match ordering system, however it is straight forward to use and to place an order.

When the order is packed it is in boxes within a box to keep the items safe. Any liquid is wrapped separately.
The items can come in a bulk buy box or maybe in the boxes loose.

I have always found that I have had the delivery, delivered by DX Express. Great for communication to let you know when the delivery is on it's way.

I would recommend using Approved Food if you want a bargain, just be aware some items are near or out of date but does not affect the quality.

They have always delivered promptly. Good service. Easy to use website amazing bargains and good quality foods. Have recommended them to all my family and friends and they love it.

The food and drink is very good value. no issues, delivery was fine. I use approved foods when Im hosting a party and need a bulk of food/drinks

Fantastic service it always arrives on time.

I never know what to say on this first one, plenty of stock to pick from, packed very well.. I thought I’d be able to track my parcel that’s the only thing negative..it did actually turn up as I was leaving the house.. but in our town there has been a spate, as in many other towns I guess, certain people, following, or reporting delivery vans… CCTV or not just plainly coming and taking them..

Always enjoy looking through the specials and offers and find the products such good value
