I think it's great you're profiting over people's suffering.

Praying on desperate, vulnerable people to get their money seems like a great business practice.

Selling information that is free elsewhere, anxietycanada.com has a great help guide and it's free if anyone is interested, helped me to realise more in 30 seconds than these jokers have.

Why this is "advertised" on NHS website I will never know. It's a support group for people with means to pay so if you're struggling financially then good luck to you, you might need it.

Very good customer satisfaction with Anxiety Uk, would highly recommend really helpful customer service team :)

After struggling to find CBT services for weeks, I stumbled across Anxiety UK, became a member, and self referred. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was assigned a therapist. My therapist Ella immediately made me feel at ease. I am so grateful for the sessions and everything she taught me. I went from not being able to leave my house for a year back to normal life - life changing!

Amazing support via the website, able to book for a session that was arranged very quickly.

I regularly attend one of the three anxiety support groups which run on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I find them hugely beneficial and a safe space to share what is on your mind. The facilitators are well trained and very encouraging and the group members, some of whom are regulars, are mutually supportive, kind and helpful. Above all, they get what it feels like to feel anxious so no need to explain. Thank you AnxietyUK for being there.

They helped with heavily discounted counselling sessions because of my circumstances. I like to be a member and I like their courses and their club and their group.

When I first joined Anxiety Uk I was supprised with how quick I was assigned a therapist. Alison has been so amazing, I feel confident and aware of my self worth all because she listens and respond with such gratitude. I have so much respect for Alison and im so grateful to the whole organisation as a whole. The services available to me through being a member are excellent and the free book I got has been life saving! Thank you!!

I have recently joined anxiety uk and find it to be fabulous. I have joined the calm club and have attended two sessions.They are absolutely brilliant and have really helped with my anxiety. I no longer feel alone

I have been looking for help with my anxiety for a while when I saw the Anxiety UK website. I immediately joined as a member and have already attended 2 online anxiety support group meetings. It was great to chat to other members and has made me feel I am not on my own with this anymore. I have also signed up for the therapist led anxiety management course which I am very much looking forward to. The fact that all this can be done from the comfort of home is really important to me as I don't think at the moment I would be able to pluck up the courage to attend face to face meetings. I just want to say thank you Anxiety UK for being there.

Really glad I joined Anxiety uk. Finding the calm club sessions helpful and the online support group. Good to listen to others going through similar experiences and try help each other. I've signed up for the art class starting soon so looking forward to that. The text line gave me a prompt response also. No regrets at all. Thank you

I have had a subscription to Anxiety U.K. for several years and really benefitted from the Headspace membership included. I have not ever used any of their other services so cannot comment on those, but extremely disappointed to find out yesterday that they had terminated their agreement with Headspace without offering members a refund or even asking their opinion on whether we found the service useful.

When I contacted them, they have refused to refund me the remainder of the membership fees that I paid, despite being paid up till Feb ‘22 with no access to the one service I used. They reserve the right to withdraw any services at their discretion it seems, so be aware you may well be left high and dry if you grow to depend on them, and out of luck on a refund when that membership then becomes useless. Very disappointing.

I realise that it was in the terms and conditions but anxiety UK should not just cancel their annual membership of headspace when it is only half way through the year. They should have stopped new members from getting the headspace premium benefits but to just cancel the subscription when it’s half way through the year? I don’t think that’s fair at all.
Edit: after reading your response I will not be using headspace and cancelling my anxiety uk membership for next year. It’s not fair for us to have to pay an extra fee of around 30 pounds for something that was supposed to be there for the whole year.

I've been going to the weekly online anxiety support group for a few months and have found them really helpful! It's a chill environment and comforting to hear from others with similar experiences. Also our facilitator Nick is great!

Since the peer group has switched to paid it's become a lot less accessible and has lost a lot of regular attendees that made the groups interesting and diverse. It's a real shame that Anxiety UK chose to not continue with them being accessible.

Cost saving measures and erosion of service has really made a negative impact on their work. Cutting number of support groups, number of facilitators, and raising prices by 125%.

A weekly fee from £1.10 to £2.50 is not a 'small increase'. Going once a week to the zoom peer group for a year that's an increase from £57 to £130.

Wow. The Art for Anxiety course was absolutely brilliant. I am not artistic in any way so I was a bit apprehensive before the course. I need not have worried at all. It was so interesting. I felt really sad when the 6 weeks ended. Please, please, please run another one.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 6 online sessions with Dee. She has an engaging and supportive style.
It was encouraging to be reminded that the process of creating is more important than the financial worth of the finished object.

Denise has a soothing and relaxing voice. I always look forward to her calm club sessions. It really helps with my chronic nerve pain condition which impacts on my mental wellbeing. Highly recommend this club, even if you do not have a physical pain condition like myself or mental health issues. It is a great experience for both body and mind!!
