Anthony Quirk and Co Estate Agents Arvostelua

I had Anthony quirk & co do my recent sale of my bungalow & they made everything straight forward, and kept everything easier with a WhatsApp group and also with updates via phone call / email

Definitely recommend & would only use them for any sale on the island in the future.

All the team at Anthony Quirk are fabulous , they have always gone above and beyond to help us, this is the second time I have had dealings with them in regards to the purchase of a property and wish all estate agents had the customer service ethic that AQ do. The purchase this time was not as simple as we had all hoped (reasons totally out of AQ's control) yet the team went above and beyond. Special shout to Lenny who is always on hand and so patient and friendly . I will always recommend AQ and will always be thankful for their time and understanding throughout the process!

Team AQ sold our House in Rayleigh and sold us a property in Rayleigh!

Couldn’t fault the service and would highly recommend Emma and the team for anyone looking for the best advice on buying or selling properties.

Keep up the great work you lot!

The Staff at Quirk are all helpful…..For me a special thx goes out to Emma she is a star, what more can I say A++++. I’m so Glad I chose Quirk to sell my property

Thx Guys & Girls

I sold my property and then bought my next property with AQ. I cannot fault the service at all, there was always someone to answer questions, it felt like working with friends! I would especially like to thank Ashton and Emma who for me, personally, where just so helpful and lovely, that being said, the whole team were amazing and went above and beyond during the whole process, which wasn't straight forward. I will be recommending them whole heartedly in the future.

Excellent service provided. Haven’t sold a or bought a property in 30yrs. Staff very helpful explaining everything to us. Really handy having the WhatsApp group which when used was answered promptly and so polite and friendly.
First class service. Would definitely recommend.
Thank you

Unbelievable Team - Lenny especially. Always available to take calls and answer questions, making you feel assured. You’re made to feel like their only client and we wouldn’t use another agent. Thank you!

An amazing estate agents who really take an interest and really listen to what you want!, they make you feel comfortable and at ease making such a life changing decision we are forever grateful. Xx

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend this agent. Chris come to value my home and spent about a hour chatting. Such a lovely guy. Once it went onto the market they done everything possible to sell my house. Then we met Lennie one day in the office and what a lovely lady she is. Great couple together. All the other team are great too. Emma , Zoe and Ashton. Guided us through the ups and downs of buying and selling. I can say. If your thinking of selling your property Definatly give Quirks a call. ⭐️⭐️

Well what can I say about the team at AQ, I was very unsure about selling my house and very unsure about the process involved. Chris and Emma came round to do a valuation and it’s strange to say they made me feel welcome in my own home. They had the measurements done in speedy time and sat us down for an informal conversation they was there for about 20 minutes and in that time they answered all questions and told us everything we needed to know. With that said off they went and the very next morning we had 5 viewings booked in for that week, the first couple to come round Louis had shown around he was full of professionalism and knew what he was talking about he was quick to answer any catchy questions and again remained respectful to it still being our home which we still very much loved. The first couple had left and they placed an offer well above the asking price and i genuinely believe this was down to Louis and the team for how much they stressed the quality of the house for the asking price.

Team AQ made the whole process so easy and comforting and always acted quickly and professional it was the added personal touches what did it for us, you can clearly see for these guys it’s not just a job it’s not just about selling houses but they have a genuine care for the clients involved.

Thanks you so much gang! Keep being you and until next time! Xxx

Absolutely fantastic service from the whole team always. All friendly and helpful. The best in the market!

Quirk & Co worked tirelessly to help our young family find our perfect forever home, as first time buyers we were unaware of everything but quirks made the process so easy for us, they kept us informed at every step, they kept in touch almost daily using WhatsApp and the MIO app. A great team who keep family value at heart! Fantastic experience and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the perfect property.

From start to finish when i first met up with Chris i found the whole team very professional, great pictures were taken and good value for money . Thank you to Emma who we dealt with most of the time and she seemed so happy and enthusiastic on the phone, to be fair anytime we contacted anyone from the team or they contacted us nothing was ever a problem . Will definitely recommend and use again in the future if needed.

We used Anthony Quirks to sell my mothers bungalow, from start to finish was seamless and the property marketed well, a special thanks to Emma and Zoe who continually kept us up to speed with viewings and feedback whilst the property was on the market.

In all a very good service offered by the team nothing is to much trouble and very competitive rates, I would have zero hesitation in recommending Quirks to family and friends , a superb service.

Thanks guy

I couldn’t recommend the better estate agents! Emma has been my rock and will continue to be we haven’t had the most easy experience at all but Emma has been there when ever I message her whatever the time is or a call away when I need her! We are waiting for our sale to go though and I know they will continue to support me! The best ever xx

Good communication.
Competitive fees.
Honest when something goes wrong.

We highly recommend the AQ team.
From the outset the whole team have been simply wonderful. We knew from our first meeting with Chris and Emma we would be in safe hands and sold just over a week after being on the market with them.
Lenny was amazing at keeping everything going and keeping us up to date throughout.
We have been treated like friends and that has been so important to us. All of our enquires were answered promptly.
We are just so incredibly happy.
Thank you all 🏡

The best team to sell with, fantastic throughout the whole process!!!!!

My boyfriend and I have just put in an offer for our first home together through this estate agents. The whole team have been truly amazing & supportive throughout the process and helped us to find the perfect home. They have gone above & beyond with sending us properties, checking in with us, asking for feedback & getting viewings booked in quickly and at times that work around us with work commitments. I couldn’t recommend this estate agents enough.

Thank you for the support you have provided & continuing to do so whilst we go through this process.

I would just like to say how much I appreciated your help in the sale of my late mum and dads property I would definitely come to Chris and his lovely team if I was to sell in the future very professional and answered all the questions that we asked with confidence that put me at ease well done Quirks 👍
