Anthony Quirk and Co Estate Agents Arvostelua

I would highly recommend this estate agent if anyone want to buy or sell. Very helpful and friendly. Basically Ella-Rose Layton and Ella Nichol both are very quick to respond my Quiries.

This estate agent has just sold our neighbouring property and completely mis-advertised it to gain their reward… I’m currently in dispute both with the estate agent ombudsman and the environmental health as their advert was misleading…do not trust these people for an honest sale, whether you be a potential seller or purchaser. Have tried to discuss with incompetent staff, who dismissed me…not worth their fee percentage.

Honest review!!! I would highly recommend AQ especially Emma as let’s face it she practically runs the show, she deals with sales & sales progression as no in house sales progression but tbf when Lenny is about she is definitely on the ball…DO NOT use the solicitors they recommend gowlings are crap! I did most of the running around & chasing things up myself it was so stressful they didn’t co ordinate completions so I had completed on my sale but had to wait for purchase as 2 different solicitors…and they are based in Preston so your hands are tied!! Find a good local solicitor.

From selling our house in 2 days, to battling for us and winning with every obstacle that popped up, to supplying me with a comfy chair, some kind reassuring words and a diet coke the day before completion when I really needed it, Quirks simply are the best. Within 5 minutes of meeting the team I was more than happy to leave them in my house to conduct viewings on my behalf which took so much pressure off me. I felt like I had always known them. I even missed seeing them when my viewings were completed when the house was sold in 2 days. Absolutely amazing company that are there for everyone.

I have sold my house with the help of the team, they have really good team work, i had a few hic cups which wasn't down to quirks at all but they helped me get it all sorted out, i have been told every step of the way, and even accommodated on the viewing times for me, many thanks team keep it up hopefully will be over the finish line soon.

Excellent service by Hayden went round to the house on the Monday to get take photos and was sold by Saturday. Great work Hayden would definitely recommend the Canvey office 😊❤️👍

Lenise Fitzsimons well were do I start with her first and foremost credit is were credit due,she has been absolutely unbelievable and has worked so hard the professionalism is by far the best, communication was never a problem.
She is a massive asset to Quirks and I wish her best of luck.
Thank you so much for your help and understanding 10/10

We started our “moving” journey by meeting Emma and Chris who were warm and immediately put our minds at rest with their professionalism and representation of a family business with continued updates and reassurance, and ended our journey with Lenny and Zoe - 2 warriors who were with us every step of the way during a stressful 3 day exchange!! By text by email by phone we couldn't have asked for any more support! Thank you Quirks you are all fantastic and I would recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell their property!

We are both very happy with the service from all the team , Emma was very professional and very approachable , and after sales Lenny was brilliant called us back straight away every time , and again told us everthing clearly and reassured us to , I would highly recommend Quirk and co Estate agents ❤️

There are no worlds to say how happy we are that they helped us showing the utmost profesionalism and patiance🙏🙏🙏🙏thank you again.

I can not praise the Canvey Island team enough. They have assisted me at a really difficult time when selling my property. They are empathetic and professional. I 100% recommend using them to anyone. Thank you for supporting me, they really do fo above and beyond. A+

Lenny, thank you so much !

With such difficulties with the Buyers Solicitor, we finally got there, thank you all so very much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic service throughout from start to finish would highly recommend. Thank you to everyone at quirks.

I can not praise the team at Anthony Quirk Canvey Island enough, although not directly working for us (they were dealing with our purchase), Lenny and the team couldn't do enough for us when we needed advice and answers. Through a very frustrating time towards the end of the move (due to further along the chain) they always answered my messages and questions in a very quick time and always kept me informed.

At times I felt if it wasn't for them that part of the exchange would not have gone through when it did.

Thank you do much for making the process so simple and always being there when needed. Nothing is ever an issue for the team

I cannot fault the service we have received from Anthony Quirk. Lenny was excellent. She was always available and very supportive. She went above and beyond to assist us in the process of purchasing a bungalow.

So happy with the service provided by all at Anthony quirk, myself and my partner have especially Ashton, Lenny and Chris to thank for helping us to try and find the perfect property, nothing was ever to much and we was constantly updated and sent new properties that were being added to the market. Very friendly estate agents making everything feel so much easier and stress free.

Brought a property through Anthony Quirk and Co recently, we dealt with a few agents during the process. A what’s app group was set up to message any concerns or questions which is a great idea for communication during the process. A special thank you to Lenny, nothing was too much trouble, Lenny put our minds at ease and kept us updated, without doubt the friendliest estate agent, if only they were all like Lenny!!
