Anthony Pepe Estate Agents Arvostelua

We have been looking around North London for a new home, and found a great one through Anthony Pepe. Maria and Anna have been so helpful with the process, explaining each step and helping us get our refrences checked. They are super responsive to calls and emails and we really appreciate the super quick turn around. Thanks again!

Again Anthony Pepe has found me a great tenant and looked after all the referencing, paper work, etc to ensure a smooth start to the new tenancy.

I entrust my properties to this agency and have never been disappointed. I could not ask for a better, more dependable, professional team.

Special mention to Maria Antoniou for all her attention to detail and quick and helpful responses.

Very professional, always on hand to answer any queries. i had a good experience dealing with Anthony Pepe Estate Agents.

Very helpful, quick responses and ensured we got the property we wanted.

Gavyn Fresco of Anthony Pepe Palmers Green was the Seller’s agent in our recent house purchase. With a number of challenges throughout the process associated with the tenants in the house and other issues that came up, Gavyn exhibited his experience by expertly guiding both parties towards an ultimately successful outcome.
Estate agents demonstrate their skill when they are able to resolve disagreements and stumbling blocks in a deal to find a path forwards. Gavyn has this ability in spades and, along with the fact he is a joy to deal with and always responsive, we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

We just want to thank Maria at Anthony Peppe Palmer's Green for making the whole process run seamlessly, throughout we had excellent communication and relentless hard work. Quick response from emails and phonecalls throughout.
We were also grateful for Marias advice on pricing and the quick sale within the 1st week, Anthony Peppe was our first choice to sell having bought the same property through them 5 years ago. A great team especially with Maria, be sure to ask for her!
Thank you

Well done Gavyn and team. We just sold our house through the Palmers Green team during a bad market. We had had a sale fall through with another estate agent and had already offered on our next place so found ourselves in a very tough position of having to possibly walk away from the house we really wanted to buy. Gavyn and team got me another offer within three days. We did price the house lower than we’d hoped but with interest rates not moving easily, we knew that if we weren’t very competitive we might be waiting a while and we just wanted to move forward. Gavyn stayed engaged and on top of the deal through to completion and gave honest and sincere feedback. Overall top marks for these agents.

Really good all round customer support and good quality visits to the house. And a special personal touch from Gavyn who handled the sale.

I’m a contractor for Anthony Pepe and have been working on their properties for about 5 years now. Joanne, Theodora, Katie and the rest of the team always want the properties to be kept to a high standard and with are always quick to get issues sorted out when they appear. It’s a pleasure working for Anthony Pepe and hope to do so for many more years.

They won't remove me from their mailing list. I receive marketing emails from them despite having clicked 'unsubscribe' in the emails and contacting them direct asking them to remove me. They just keep sending them and it seems there is no way to get them to take me off the list. They clearly don't care.

Amazing knowledge, found us the perfect house, exactly what we were looking for and went on to make it happen for us. We are moving in, in 10 days!! ♥️💜♥️

I cannot recommend Gavyn enough. Absolutely awesome 🙏🙏

The staff at Anthony Pepe are brilliant both in lettings and the sales teams. The guys are always available and helpful, communicate very well and very professional. I would recommend Anthony Pepe to anybody and everybody whether you're looking to rent as a tenant, let your property as a landlord, buying or selling, you won't go wrong with these guys!

We would like to say a massive thank you to Ari Theodorou. He made the process for our new flat so smooth and stress free. Ari was treating us with respect, and he was very professional. Thank you, Ari, for the quick, straight-forward process.

Anthony Pepe have been great managing agents - the best we have had as tenants. Really quick to respond and sort out any issues we have had. Special thanks to Wendy, Maria and then Theodora who were our main managing agents. A really smooth tenancy for the last few years thanks very much.
