Rickard Chartered Surveyors Arvostelua

Can’t recommend Rickard’s in Morpeth highly enough. The property we were selling, was challenging to say the least but Gillian kept us up-to-date through all the trials and tribulations with a very successful outcome for which we are eternally grateful.

Special thanks go to Ashley for her beautiful photography. If we charged everyone who came to view the property we’d be very rich indeed.

I think it helped choosing Richard, based in the same office as Rickard’s, as our Solicitor, which helped enormously with communication He certainly moved things at pace.

I would have no hesitation in recommending team Rickard’s to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.

The team at Rickard’s have been brilliant. From first valuing the house (it was my mams she passed away) to showing people on viewings to keeping us informed of offers and completing etc they have been very helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you especially to Diane, Dawn and Dawnie

I have had nothing but professionalism from the team at Ashington especially Dawn
She has gone above and beyond to support me during a challenging purchase
I would definitely recommend them without hesitation

We recently bought a property that Rickards of Morpeth were responsible for selling.

They kept us informed throughout, of everything that was happening during the process, which helped during what can be a stressful time.
On day of completion we had an email from them outlining the final steps so we knew what to expect.
As we were relocating from Scotland this was extremely helpful.

Whenever we spoke to any member of the team, they were always polite and knowledgeable.

We must give special thanks to Gillian, our main point of contact who was always at the end of the phone or via email when needed! (I hope you have / had that lovely holiday that you were looking forward to 😊)

We have now been in our lovely new home for a month.
I have already mentioned Rickards of Morpeth to several people regarding the excellent service we received.

Many thanks

Jacqui and Stephen

My complaint about Rickards has just been upheld by the Property Ombudsman.

The Ashington branch is a shambles. I could tell you everything that happened, but it would take ages, and I doubt you'd believe any of it.
The Property Ombudsman did though. Rickards has just paid the awarded compensation.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Best avoided.

Thank you so much to Cheryl and the team for all of your support. We recently purchased our first home, and Cheryl was there to support us through what seemed to be a very long process! The customer service we received was amazing, we felt so supported and all of our questions/ concerns felt valid and addressed. The team are second to none and I would recommend Rickards to anyone looking to sell/purchase a property.

Dawn Leslie has been really amazing. It was so easy to work with her as a Conveyancer. She was so helpful and supported in managing the buyer's solicitors and the buyer's, given the time it took for the case to complete. I wish her all the best with everything in the future.

After experiencing a fairly tumultuous 20 months of trying to sell a property , I was constantly reassured by the optimism and professionalism shown by the staff in Rickards, in particular I have to mention Gillian who worked so hard to deal with the communication between myself, buyer and two sets of solicitors.
I would rate their service at 6 star if it was an option.

I would recommend Rickard Estate Agents for any moves you would wish to make, a very professional and trustworthy team, who helped make the move less stressful, especially after not moving for 24 years previously.

I would also praise Dawn for her professionalism and willingness to help with even the most minor query and concern.

As a first time buyer I was nervous at the process however had exceptional service and advice. Massive thank you to Dawn who really went out of her way to keep me up to date and it really felt like she cared. Thank you so much to Rickards.

Absolutely super service provided by Rickards. A special mention to Gillian for her professional approach in ensuring we purchased our special property. Gillian provided regular updates throughout the process of purchasing the property and was always happy to help our needs. 5 stars service. Thank you.

Rickard Morpeth have been brilliant in assisting me in the purchase of my first home!

Gillian has been outstanding throughout the entire process from booking a visit to completion and all of the hurdles provided in between from a less so helpful solicitor. She’s a real asset to the firm!

Will certainly use Rickard again in the future!

Amazing service from Rickards, all staff very helpful and professional, special shout out to Gillian for all her precessional help and advice while my mother sold her home. They were always on hand to offer help. Thanks again!

I found the team at Rickards Morpeth to be very professional in the conveyancing process and kept me informed at every stage of the purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thank you all for giving me such a friendly, helpful and professional service.

The company sold my home quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. They were always available to answer and questions and I felt supported.

First rate service from the Morpeth branch. We bought our house through them, and the whole team was professional, efficient and friendly at all times. The purchase wasn't straightforward for reasons outside of their control, but throughout they were very understanding and communicative.

Great communications, very supportive when personal issues arose. House was valued at the right level, agents doing viewings were very well briefed about the property and the area. Sale process went smoothly and great recommendation for solictor.

The staff at Rickards Morpeth were knowledgeable and sensitive to our situation. The photographs were outstanding and within a few viewings we received the full asking price. They conducted all the viewings, kept in close contact and the whole process was effortless for us. I could not recommend their services highly enough.

A big thank you to the Morpeth office and especially Gillian. She was an absolute essential first point of contact throughout our purchase when it was sometimes extremely difficult to get any real contact or clarity on the situation from solicitors. She definitely went above and beyond our expectations. A real star and a great ambassador for the company.
