★☆☆☆☆ — £5000 paid and left chasing excuses

I paid approximately £4,500 for my Lamborghini insurance through Arkwright Insurance Brokers last year. Based on my experience, I would never use them again.

When I was arranging the policy, Elliot was readily available, answered his mobile and replied to messages. There was no difficulty getting hold of him when my payment was involved. Now that I need help, my calls and messages go unanswered.

Instead, I am told he is “in meetings all day”. How does someone who was previously so accessible suddenly become impossible to reach? From my perspective, it has been excuse after excuse, with no meaningful help or accountability.

I then received an email from Zain telling me my policy was being closed, without a clear explanation that I could understand. When I tried to discuss this with him, I was told he was on annual leave. The timing only added to my frustration: a serious issue affecting my insurance, and once again nobody available to take responsibility or call me back.

Even when someone answers the main number, I cannot get through to anyone who can resolve the situation. I have experienced confusion, poor communication and a complete lack of ownership.

I have now been left scrambling to find alternative insurance. After paying approximately £4,500, having to chase repeatedly for basic answers is completely unacceptable.

An absolute shambles in my experience. Their availability when arranging my insurance bears no resemblance to the service I have received when I actually needed support.

I have completely lost trust in Arkwright and would strongly advise anyone considering them to think carefully before handing over their money. I deeply regret choosing them.

I have been with Arkwright for a number of years for business and residential. From my experience they are a company that delivers every time in all aspects.
They seek the best possible prices. You can always speak to someone and when you do it’s a good experience.
I hope in future years this continues and as the business grows it gets the relevant support whereby these high standards can continue.
I personally recommend Arkwright. Give them a go. They will look after you.

Purchased yearly van insurance ( paid in full) and now when I want to cancel my insurance - no mention of a refund but still being charged £40 to cancel. Thats some way of making a profit. wouldn't recommend them.

Used Arkwright for a couple of years now and can honestly say it’s been fab . Never do many say that about insurance but it’s been easy to set up on my Van and renew each time
I also often have silly questions and recently asked for a price to add a named driver and boom Zena in the team was on point and agin was no issues

Wow what can I say. several years ago when set up a business, we had trouble securing PI insurance. We tried averyone without sucess, we almost gave up, then along came Alfie at Arkwright.
