Annan Solicitors & Estate Agents Arvostelua

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I would recommend Annan Solicitors for a Property Sale particularly if you live in the Portobello area. They had our property on the Market only 2 days after their process began and it we Sold on day 1 of Viewings.

Annans have factored property for me for some 4 years. Annans has also assisted in the sale and purchase of property for me and my family. The staff have been great, always one step ahead of the game.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. I was staggered at how personal and tailored the whole process was.
I’d highly recommend Michael Annan, he knows the Portobello market inside out. He helped me achieve a high sale value at a time when the markets were plummeting.

We would highly recommend Annan's estate agency. Everyone we dealt with there was great, giving highly useful advice and guidance throughout the whole process of buying our new home and selling our old one. They made a daunting process feel easy. Michael really went above and beyond to help us make the move. Fantastic service!

Great service from being our letting agents to dealing with the sale.
Very smooth process and Callum and the team did a great job for us.
I can't recommend enough.

Selling a flat in Scotland from 470 miles away was daunting. The selling part went very smoothly. Received invaluable local advice, including recommendation to use Edinburgh Heat Team. Extremely grateful to Calum who went above and beyond to help with difficult issues not directly related to selling the flat!

I would highly recommend Annan estate agents and their solicitors team when selling my property. We originally had our house on the market for 9 months with another estate agent and decided to switch to Annan based on a recommendation from friends and family and their record of sales in the area. They managed to sell our property within weeks and helped us purchase our new family home. I cannot thank them enough. Michael Annan and his team was available to help us evening and weekends and pick up the out of hour viewing requests and responded immediately to viewing enquires. The level of service was second to none! You will not find another estate agent like them!

We used Annans to sell our house last year and I have to say we were delighted with their service
Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to help and nothing was too much bother
Michael the owner in particular was amazing. He helped not only get us a great price but with emergency building work we needed done.
We were very impressed with their local knowledge and helpful attitude. We have bought and sold several homes in the past and from this I would rate Annan estate agents as outstanding.
I don’t often write reviews but feel outstanding service should be recognised

Rented a flat in Portobello from Annan. From viewing until even after we moved out, we received the kindest and most helpful service we could imagine from an estate agent.

Outstanding service. Always immediate solution on any problems.

Blair at Annan was polite, realistic and gave great advice for all things related to the sale of our property, and got us a fantastic price and a rapid sale! I would definitely use the team at Annan again.

From even before placing our house on the Market Annan were helping us with advice and when we decided to place our house on the market, we choose Annan as firstly they were a local estate agent, secondly if we had any queries or worries they were always around to answer them and thirdly the whole buying and selling process flowed with no problems and we could relax and concentrate on getting ready to move.

Excellent service. Michael went above and beyond and introduced us to a great legal and mortgage team too.

Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are on point and are always ready to help. They make me feel as if I'm their only client. What more can you ask for? Have been using them for three years and would recommend them to all absent landlords.

I've been renting with numerous companies throughout the years and Annan have probably been one of the best ones yet. They are very quick to reply to queries, and have gotten in touch with the landlord quickly when the situation needed their attention (like when the washing machine broke down). Would recommend!

Annan's found my property and have managed it for two years so far with professionalism and expertise, which takes the pressure from me. I deal with various members of the team and they are all easy to communicate with and will always respond quickly to any of my questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them.

Annan’s provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. The personal but professional touch made the experience of selling a house run smoothly and stress free. We couldn’t recommend them enough following a successful and swift sale of our property.

Blair and Julie were very helpful and pleasant to work with , I would certainly recommend Annan to people who are looking to buy or sell property.
