Lovely name necklace, perfect gift
Your Packaging looks great, necklace looks great, happy with the process.Evri delivered with no prior notification & the outer cardboard box was battered & the bag inside had therefore got a bit squashed out of shape which is a shame but we’re happy overall with the necklace & it’s box & would order from you again.

Hi Lindsay. Thank you so much for your order. There was a bug on the postage system which meant that weren’t able to arrange the collection for your item only until yesterday. So apologies for it being held for a couple of days whilst we fixed this technical issue.
It is on its way to you now and your tracking number has been updated on the website. Thank you again for your patience. Anna

Beautiful, personalised necklace!
I ordered a personalised birth stone necklace for my twin for Christmas. It has the birthstones of her 3 daughters on. It arrived promptly even though it was personalised and in a lovely box. The necklace looks gorgeous and I can't wait to give it to her. I need to order something for me now!!!

Fantastic Service
Ordered a number of items from Anna Lou including name necklaces, letter bracelets, letter chains, star sign bracelets etc and everything arrived looking gorgeous. I contacted Anna Lou prior to placing my order to clarify some points and I heard back straight away. One of my orders was going to be a bit late and I received a call beforehand asking if I needed anything urgently. The customer service was excellent throughout and the jewellery was really nicely packaged and presented. Will be recommending to friends and family. Really happy!
