Fantastic communication, really helpful. I'm very impressed, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Fabulous lamp, should have bought one years ago.

A beautiful, quality finish lamp .... using it makes me smile.

We inherited a floor lamp that sadly got damaged in transit and lost some parts. On contacting Flora (on the anglepoise help chat), she helped identify the missing parts and despite one part not being available as a spare, a preloved spare was found and supplied. Pictures and pdf’s were sent and nothing was too much trouble. Such amazing customer service - pleasant, helpful, above and beyond and efficient. I will actually choose anglepoise based on how amazing the customer service is! Having spent an hour this morning battling another companies ‘help’ desk (without them even being able to identify what part I needed from a supplied picture) I felt compelled to leave a review to encourage people to support such an amazing company. The lamp is stunning and we are delighted to be able to use it after thinking it was a lost cause. These are such an iconic design and it is lovely they are still solid and as well made as the desk lamps of my youth (yes I am quite old!) The national trust green is beautiful too :)

I had a problem with a delivery. I ordered two lamps at another Shop and Anglepoise Deals with the problem Like I ordered they by them. I am grateful, tha Maria (my E-Mail contact), now sent me the missing parts (O-Ring and pole-clips).
Thank you! 💡

I contacted customer service to ask about a specific lamp and got excellent service from Maria at this classy classic company. Keep up the good service!

I've had an Anglepoise lamp for 50 years, but I had to replace it recently. I was pleased to see that my new lamp was almost the same as my old one. If it lasts as long, it will outlive me, so I will have to gift it to my family!

It’s the little things that make the biggest difference. Yesterday I called Anglepoise to enquire about one of their lamps. I spoke to a lady called Maria who was super friendly and helpful. Not only did she answer my enquiry but within 15 minutes she had also sent me a detailed response by email as promised. I know it’s probably not such a big deal. But you can’t always be sure of positive experiences when you call a customer service department. So to find one that does what they promise to do is a strong representation of the sort of business you’re dealing with. Now all I need to do is hope my new lamp arrives swiftly!!!?!…

I own two 1227 desk lamps and recently purchased a set of replacement springs the lights are really well put together and add presents to any room, very satistfyed

Excellent service, as expected from a reputable company!

Very helpful, contacted the same day although they do not stock what I was looking for they were very helpful.was looking for springs for herbert terry 1227 angelpoise lamp circa 1930s.

Don’t like having to assemble lamp. It’s still in its box

The delivery driver STOLE the lamp that I had PAID for! DON'T use DPD because they employ THIEVES!!!

I love anglepoises
This Paul Smith floor lamp is not quite as wonderful as a 1227 ones hence 4 not 5 stars
My Giant 1227 is my favourite

Absolutely love my 1227 Chrome lamp. Great service and prompt delivery. After sales service was friendly and really helpful when I needed help with locating grub screw correctly.

Hi end products. We will be buying more from Anglepoise for our bedroom. Secure packaging and excellent quality. Highly recommend. We purchased the original 1227 mini desk lamp which is quite large and more than ample size for a desk and an original 1227 midi light pendant - both in black. Both are exceptionally well made. Purchased the recommended bulbs and they give out a great light output. We are thrilled to bits.

Quick to respond to email question. Helpful advice and link to purchase replacement bulb for a 14 year old lamp.

Quick and easy for a great quality product, same as always

I made contact with customer service and the agent (Maria) went to great lengths to help me find a repair option for an elderly and disabled friend who had broken a part of her light. Anglepoise lights might be expensive but their customer service is superb and a lesson to other manufacturers.
