Used the online help advisor as I had a fault with my anglepoise. Very helpful and sending a replacement part.

I needed a replacement switch for my Anglepoise lamp. It was easy to find one on the website. I also had a "chat" online and the company was responsive. Instructions on how to replace the switch would have been a bonus but I was able to work it out quite easily

I thought my mini anglepoise had stopped working. When I rang and spoke to Marie I had a very helpful and comprehensive guide on what the problem might be and how to check the light. The problem was solved with no need for spares or replacements. Very satisfying.

I raised a number of questions ranging from colour to colour temperature of the light bulbs supplied. They were answered quickly and efficiently. Really helpful and friendly.

I recently contacted Anglepoise customer support regarding an issue with my lamp. The communication was clear and very quick. Since spare parts were not available, they immediately arranged a replacement, which I greatly appreciated. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I have an anglepoise from the 1970s which had recently given up the ghost. I was so happy to find that it could be fully rewired / repaired.

The process was really easy. And my my lamp came back in full working order. Yes, it did change the aesthetic slightly, eg a new black switch where a white one used to be, but I don't care. Really really happy.

Very attentive and personalised customer service. Staff are genuinely helpful and interested in the products, and their heritage

Great experience good website, bought a lampshade and it came quickly. Good communication about when it would arrive.

I was unsure of the way to get my Anglepoise 1227 re-wired. I contacted Anglepoise and chatted with Tracy. She was very helpful and I have now ordered the rewire service. It was very simple and I have now begun the process. Further updates will be forwarded as the service progresses.

I have an old Anglepoise that is past its sell by date by over 30 years. I was looking for advice on upgrading it. Got a great response and now I have a fully functional 98PL that was a bit limp.

Excellent service & prompt delivery of a beautiful product!

Love my lamp - arrived very well packed, adore the colour. Its such a neat fit and looks like it has always been there.

Neat well made lamps. Great for reading in bed. My only disappointment was the buttermilk colour which is browner than anticioated.

I bought a traditional Anglepoise lamp and I have found it really excellent. It is actually better than I hoped it would be and gives the bright light that I need for reading. It came very well transported in a box within a box and is in excellent condition with an amazing and unique lifetime warrant for repair. It was very easy to put together and it is an amazing lamp from a first class company.

They were helpful in answering my question and my lamp arrived on time! Duch wonderful lamps!

I ran a query about assembling a 1227 model past Maria on the phone and over follow-up emails. She had a lovely customer manner and was very helpful indeed. I am very satisfied with the Anglepoise service and also with the quality of my product.

Very helpful and prompt with supplying the part that I needed.
