Service

excellent service and such helpful people.

Good service, efficient and knowledgeable.

Great service and good value, helped choose a reconditioned laptop for my son. Works well and he's happy too.

I am appreciative at how kind and patient Tom was in instructing me on the intricacies of my new laptop. Thank you

Great service all round. I am a regular user of Allen Computer Services for a couple of years now.

I recently had one of Allen Computer Services refurbished computers installed at my home. I had my first computer from them nearly ten years ago and needed to replace and to upgrade to Windows 10. I have always had superb remote service from them. This time they transferred over all my date, explained everything and provided the sort of computer I wanted and not the one I would have been sold on the high street at a far bigger prize and including add ons , which I would never use. I would highly recommend this wonderful company to all people using their computer at home

Updated my old computer and bought a new one. Tom noted my needs and took on board all my requirements and made good on them in every respect. Nothing was too much trouble, and he took time to go through my new computer with me, and did not make me feel I was asking stupid questions. Many thanks to young Tom, too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Allen Computer Services, and I will certainly use them for future needs and servicing.

.Would thoroughly recommend for the friendly and professional service

Excellent customer service, regular updates of work in hand.

'Younger' Tom was very helpful with good guidance without being pushy. The result of the work he did is excellent.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The staff were most helpful and knowledgeable

A fantastic group of VERY helpful Very Competent guys to whom nothing is too much, and always very friendly if they can help a Gueek like me, who has zero understanding of these modern "toys" they will be able to help any ons Thanks so much for all the help this year.

My go-to team for anything IT related. Andy and his team recently set up my new computer and transferred everything remotely and painlessly. Highly recommended.

Cannot fault Allen Computer Services Ltd for the help they have given me during the 8 years that I have lived in Crewkerne. They know I am not technology savvy, and explain things to me in words I can understand! I have recommended this company to acquaintances who have a computer problem. I would be lost without the wonderful, helpful staff at this company.
