Allen Computer Services Ltd Arvostelua

My 5 year old laptop had become very slow so I booked a service to clean it up to try and squeeze a bit more life out of it. Tom explained what the problem was (in language I could understand ;-)) and offered solutions. In the end, in the space of 24 hours, and for slightly more than the cost of a service, I have a solid state drive with a 5 year warranty and a laptop that runs quickly.

Thank you Tom and the team!

Prompt and competent response to desktop crisis.
Thanks to all at Allen !

I found Allen Allen computers extremely helpful. There service was fast and efficient and explained everything I needed to know in clear easy to understand language.I would most certainly recommend them.

I recently had installed a new computer and printer supplied by this company. I received excellent service regarding its installation, and operation.
I now have on-line support direct to my home, for any emergencies and an excellent security system, which is regularly maintained. All queries were addressed immediately and very professionally.
I am enjoying both facilities. I would highly recommend this company to my friends, and anyone intending to update or modernize their existing capability. Very pleased. Give them a call

Tom was so very helpful and knowledgeable and fixed the problem.I will certainly be dealing with him in future.

Had amazing service from Tom Axe from Allen Computer Services. Only phoned them the day before in a panic as I use the printer every day. Tom was polite efficient and professional he let me watch him so I may learn something. I was so stressed out about the printer not working Tom knew exactly what to do. An absolute great service I would highly recommend them, don't panic like I did just give them a call. Thank you Tom nice to meet you and very grateful for your help.

Thoroughly recommend Allen Computer, Tom A was extremely helpful and very thorough. Very knowledgeable without blinding me with science and even when I emailed out of office hours his response was immediate and instantly sorted my issue out. Nothing is too much trouble for this company and they are keen to offer help and guidance at any time of day. Thank you Tom!!

A job well done, on time and back to normal - thank goodness for Tom!

Allen computers went above and beyond to help me. Excellent friendly service. Highly recommend them. Thank you Jes

Great service. Always somebody to speak to. I'm confident that we are well positioned going forward to be proactive with our IT needs and responses given the ever-changing tech landscape.

Well, nicest man ever came, did pretty good, but could not achieve everything I wanted. 10 out of 10 for effort, but had to give up. In the end an old friend came round and managed to finish the job quite easily...lovely people, but obviously I can’t say skill wise I’m that impressed...

I have ended up with a computer tweaked to just what I need. It had to go back to sort a little gremlin in the powerful sound system, but that achieved the sound is unbelievable. I'm delighted. And nice friendly service.

Excellent service as expected based on previous experience.
My PC had come to the 'blue screen of death' but Tom rescued hard drive and all contents and restored to 'new' machine. Very quick and efficient - would not hesitate to recommend .

Very pleasant staff, solved my issue and may have to go back to complete process but overall very satisfied

What fantastic service and support! Tom was so patient and thorough, even though I sounded like a slightly crazy person bamboozled by my IT. Thank you so much for making the transition to a new machine as pain-free as possible.

Courteous, prompt and helpful - all round brilliant. Many thanks
