Not an FCA registered Co. So don’t use! them for transferring UK pensions

So far customer service seems lacking. Voice mail boxes only on UK line and the guy in Florida who called me back kept interrupting me.

First review with Paul answered all of our questions. And knowing that there is another in 3 months time puts out minds at rest, as its our first year of with Alexander Peter and we are not totally 'au fait' with the reading of statements etc. Knowing that Paul + his team are at the end of the phone if we have any queries is also reassuring.

He listened to me very carefully and understood very well my situation and my concerns, he explained to me all possible solutions and how he could help me. I can only talk about Paul Griffiths who has looked after my portfolio for many years since we left the UK to move to France. He took the time to understand my attitude to risk and has subsequently always respected it. At times if a proposition seems a bit too out of my comfort zone he does have a back-up strategy to hand. I find him personable and always approachable but most importantly he does his utmost to find the correct solution for my portfolio.

Georgie and Claire were professional but fun. They kept chasing those who were hindering the transfer process with a dogged determination and kept me informed of their progress at every step. That said, it felt like I was working with friends, who truly had my best interests at heart. You need people like this by your side when you are making major money decisions.
