I've been working with Alexander Peter Wealth Management on transferring several UK pensions into a SIPP as part of my move to the US, and the service has been excellent throughout.

My adviser, Simon Putt, brought in Paula Morris to manage the transfer process; both have been fantastic — proactive, organized, and always on top of the moving parts across three different pension providers. Paula chased each scheme directly rather than leaving it to me, kept me updated with clear status reports, helped me correctly complete forms I found confusing, and even caught a small but important error in my paperwork before it became a problem. Every email was clear about exactly what was needed next and from whom.

I changed my advisor to APWM and was introduced to Paul Griffiths and Georgie Rothery who have been very helpful and easy to work with. Because I live in Japan it took a very long time to transfer my pension, but Georgie was very persistent to chase things up with the pension holders, keep me updated and make sure that the process was completed.
