Jeff White has provided me with support for the past three years, always working extremely professionally and efficiently. He and Paula Morris are always responsive, dealing with any issues quickly. Although some of the processes involved in changing funds can take a long time, they are always on the ball and chase up where necessary. They have also recommended a varied fund portfolio that has performed relatively well, considering the current economic scenario. I am much happier with them than I was with my previous management company, which chose expensive pension product providers that yielded very little return.
