Alex and Ani Arvostelua 

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. They managed to screw up two orders in a row! I only placed the second order because they refused to fix the first one and I really needed the item for a gift. I paid extra for 2nd-day air rush shipping on the second order, which they accept my money for and then didn’t send it 2nd-day air! I still have no idea if it will be here on time. Customer service department was insanely unprofessional and refused to lift a finger to help BOTH TIMES. I have ordered and paid for the same item twice now and still don’t have what I ordered. It’s baffling. Unless you have plenty of extra time and money on your hands to throw away, I would not recommend gambling on an order from Alex and Ani.

I was so disappointed in the product and customer service. I have about twelve bracelets. The silver bracelets are fine; however I’ll never buy a gold or gold plated bracelet again, or any bracelet for that matter based on the customer service. I contacted customer service and I was told that they just tarnish over time. These bracelets are not cheap and that is an unacceptable result. When I contacted the company I was told they are only warrantied for a year. I still have the original boxes and took good care of my bracelets. I’m very disappointed.

Most of the bangles we have bought look like they are chipped away. So disappointed for a product that is not cheap. My daughter bought me mother of the bride last year and I'm too scared to wear it.

Terrible, cheap jewelry for quality jewelry prices. Stay away. you will wear it 3x and have to throw it out.

My daughter received two bangle bracelets last year as gifts, one June 2018 and the other December 2018. One bracelet was Special Olympics the other "Be Brave" again, to support her as a Special Olympic athlete. Both bracelets were well taken care of, taken off to sleep, shower, etc. Well, the big charms on both bracelets have fallen off and are now lost. I emailed customer service @ Alex and Ani and received a BS reply; about a year warranty; 60-day full return policy and wanted receipts but both pieces were gifts. Nothing like contacting the gift giver to ask for a receipt so a company that sells crap can possibly replace. THUMBS DOWN and NO STARS if I could. It's a shame, after reading other reviews it seems like we are not the only ones dealing with faulty merchandise and crappy customer service.

This is a great line but beware of the cord bracelets. If they get tangled they are impossible to fix. Mine got tangled just trying to take it off.

I called customer service about an order I submitted through online but it keep declining my card x2,when I have over 5,000 on my card.The lady I talked to didn’t try to see if their system was rejecting cards as an error issue on their end,she just stated get in touch with your bank,my bank stated it’s on Alex n Ani end.unprofessional I want be ordering from them again.

I love Alex and Ani bracelets. I just bought a pull cord bracelet online. It was on sale so I paid $5.40 and shipping was free. You can't beat that.

I've always had a good experience ordering from Alex & Ani. The bracelets are always really cute, and they come packaged in a little drawstring bag with customizable gift tags. Everything was packaged safely, and the orders have generally arrived on time. Two of my online orders were for gifts, and they were well received!

My only qualm is that I would love to see an option to price in Canadian dollars, and to check stock in Canadian locations. However, this has less to do with trust, and more to do with convenience! Delivery has been perfectly fine, so I can't complain.

I have received many bracelets and given them as gifts .They look great live the style I have lost 3 charms one was a gift and the store will never help me .I have a card that tracks my purchases yet they will never replace or give me a charm I lost a b it just fell off ,a mother bracelet mother broke in half and then my daughter had the dog paw and I gave it to her for Christmas and the other day we noticed the charm fell off.The wire holding the charms on clearly needs to be stronger they have gone up significantly in price I have the Keith Haring and I love it but am afraid to wear it.Hope others have better luck than I -Susan

Lovely bracelets at affordable costs. I have a huge collection and I appreciate seeing the new styles from their marketing emails and social media posts.

I was looking for an item and they were out of stock on this item and they sent me a couple of places to check and also sent me a link to Reeds jewelry store which had the item in stock they made it so easy by finding the item for me and by sending me the link I went directly to the store and ordered the braclet that I was looking for it saved me so much time not having to search through hundreds of places that may or may not have had the item they did all the leg work for me they are a wonderful company and I would recommend them to all my friends and family it was a great experience
