Paid extra for quick shipping. As of the day I was supposed to receive it, just the label was made. Unacceptable!! I would give NO stars if I could!

BAIT & SWITCH!! I ordered several On Sale & Clearance & Extra Clearance items at the prices shown in ads and on their website, but when I added them to my cart, unknown to me, THE PRICES CHANGED! I was livid! When I contacted Customer Service, at first they denied the issue. When pressed, they rationalized it that On Sale & Clearance & Extra Clearance items CAN’T be ordered at the same time. What?? When asked about doing 2 separate orders without being hit with double shipping, they said NO! I told them they were out of their minds, and cancelled my order! Isn’t this crap illegal? Their ad and website prices are bogus, this is a SCAM!!

Alex and Ani in the last year or so has completely gone down hill. The styles are no longer the same the quality is not the same. As of recently the shipping is also trash. Items are now being shipped out of GA instead of Rhode Island. Everything is being shipped UPS to USPS and it’s taking waaaay longer than it was before. I used to receive my items within days now it’s taking 1-2 weeks to get my items.

I remember during quarantine there was no shipping charge at all. I get it y’all have to recoup money but if you’re going to charge 6 for shipping than ensure things are done right. I have items from when they first went into operation 2004 I believe it was that still look pretty decent besides the minor tarnishing. The jewelry now is not my favorite.

I’ve been such a Fan of Alex and Ani but now that the Carolyn Rafaelian is no longer apart of Alex and Ani I think I’m going to call it quits. She no longer designs for them and you can tell.

I have been given many Alex and ani bracelets as gifts and have bought a few myself. However, it never fails.. they always lose the charm! Very disappointing especially when the bracelets are gifts from loved one who are not here anymore. Don’t waste your money.

I am so heated. I ordered from Alex and Ani on April 30th. the tracking info hasn't been changing since May 5th and it is now the 13th. When I track on my MacBook it says acceptance pending, when I track on my phone it says the package was returned to the sender??? I originally needed my package for May 12th and now I have until the 17th but Im really worried it still won't deliver until then. Reading all these negative reviews makes me feel not so alone but I'm panicking now because idk what to do since its a common issue with this place. Never purchasing here again!

I ordered some bracelets as gifts. I paid for expedited shipping. When my order didn’t arrive as expected I inquired and found out my order was not processed at all until the day it was supposed to arrive. Now I understand it will be another two to three business days which will make the gift 3 to 4 days late. How do I cancel the order and get my money back? I was wary of ordering after all of the issues I’ve read online. I should have gone to James Avery and will in the future. This was a $100 lesson.

I always treat myself for my birthday every year. In 2021 I purchase bracelets from Alex and Ani, they were beautiful when I received them. The quality overall is trash It was like wearing fake jewelry from the 99cent store. I attempted to clean them as I clean my Pandora bracelet but the tarnishing was just so bad. I literally would not recommend purchasing any jewelry from them moving forward. Alex and Ani should be shameful for the price they charge for such low quality jewelry.

I was given the Hearts Chain Bracelet, Adjustable by my son on Valentine's day (2 days ago). The clasp does not fully close so there is a gap and the chain links are so fine they fit right through the gap and the bracelet falls off. I have had it fall off 3 times in the past 2 days, luckily I was at home and was able to find it. I cannot wear the bracelet out of fear of losing it. Please fix the defect with the clasp and make sure it fully closes to secure the bracelet. I contacted Alex and Ani and they said I need file a warranty claim with purchase information I don't have and won't do anything. They sold a defective product and tell me it is a warranty issue. Will never purchase from them again.

I have 7 Alex and Ani bracelets. It's a real shame that this company is allowed to sell such garbage bracelets. I received all my bracelets as gifts. My family spent good money for these bracelets. They are horrible, totally tarnished. Are now garbage, the company told me there is nothing that can be done. I am writing this so people don't waste your money on this product. The company should be out of business. They are a fraudulent company selling stuff as good, nice jewelry but it turns out to be garbage in a short period of time.

Ordered a sapphire flex cuff bracelet. Wore it 1 day and one of the sapphire stones fell out. Customer service told me the item was still under warranty so they sent me a replacement bracelet. When I took the bracelet out of the box it was already missing one of the sapphire stones. I would not recommend buying the flex cuffs with gem stones. Also, purchased an engraved bracelet which can not be exchanged or returned since it has been personalized. Not worth the money. Because it's engraved it's about $50. Can barely see the engraving and the metal with the engraving is very thin.

Some of the reviews were pretty bad but I wanted to see for myself. I’m glad I did. I ordered bracelets for Christmas presents on Tuesday evening and they arrived Thursday morning. They were priced extremely reasonable and the quality isn’t bad.

Stopped in to get my daughter a birthday gift while in town on vacation. I told the young lady in the store my daughter's birthday for the correct zodiac bracelet. Trusting her rather than double checking what she chose, I presented my daughter with the gift later that night in front of a restaurant of family and friends. It was the wrong sign! My daughter was only in for the day, had to catch a flight the next morning & I had to find my way back to the store from the other side of Vegas. After explaining what happened, they exchanged the bracelet without any compensation for the aggravation and inconvenience. Not even a discount. So now I'm left with a birthday bracelet and no birthday girl for the next two weeks. Thank you for ruining the gift. I will never purchase anything from this jewelry chain ever again.

none of the 3 jerseys I puchased were the correct size and they refused to refund or exchange them.

The first time I came in it was lovely. The second time I was less fortunate. Between their prices, customer service, and cheap craftsmanship I wish I had an option to give 0 stars. When my son came in to talk to me they wouldn't let him in because of a "sensor", the same with my HUSBAND! The minute he walked in they asked bluntly 'are you buying something'. How unprofessional! My advice to anyone trying to buy something there is: Don't.

My daughter bought me two Alex and Ani brackets for Xmas. One for my grandson and one for her. The one for my grandson only began to completely tarnish. I write Customer Svce. Never rec’d a reply. I followed up a month later and was told by Lindsay S “ Tarnish is not covered under our 1-year limited warranty. Upon review, your submission does not fall within our warranty guidelines.” I would never purchase another Alex and Ani bracket as they are not cheap and if they begin to tarnish like mine did it’s very embarrassing especially if it was a gift and how they can tell me that one completely tarnished and the other didn’t when I clean and wear them the same is beyond me. There must obviously be an issue with one of these bracelets and they just didn’t care!!

I love Alex and Ani bracelets!! I ordered a Mother Daughter set on Monday 2/14, and received it 2/16. Amazing shipping time and I love these symbols for me and my baby!!

It takes dummy long to contact customer service. I had to contact customer service just to check on a single ring. You’re better off buying from Ana Luisa or Missoma tbh.

I have collected Alex & Ani bracelets for years, thinking I could one day pass them on to my niece/grandchildren. Their styles & designs are wonderful. HOWEVER, for the price they charge, they really could make a bracelet that doesn’t almost immediately start to tarnish. I store them in an air tight box, keep them dry (skin is not dry however & has natural oils etc so it’s impossible to keep them 100% bone dry while you wear them) & follow all of their so called care instructions, but they still tarnish. Every. Single. One. I’m going to try Pandora this year & see if they are a better investment. Sorry to say, Alex & Ani are junk. Not worth the money. Do better Alex & Ani.

The engraving on the new” made to order “bracelets come out terrible. Light and super small. They will not return which I knew when purchasing but since I’ve bought a ton of bracelets in the past with this company I had trust.
They did nothing to compensate. Not even a discount to buy something else.
